Filling in areas, foundation trenches, plinths, sides of foundations etc. and consolidating the same by ramming and watering complete , using :a) Available excavated earth

Reinforced cement concrete work in suspended floors, walls,pavements, foundations, landings and balconies upto floor three level excluding cost of centering shuttering and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).(Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

Cutting , bending, hoisting and fixing in position reinforcement for RCC work at all heights and depths (mild/ tor steel).(Reinforcement steel of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc.,and removal of form work for foundations, walls, suspended floors etc.

Carriage of available surplus excavated earth /rock / construction debris by mechanical transport or any other means including, loading unloading and disposal of excavated earth / rock / construction debris any where in NFL complex /township area; disposed earth to be levelled and dressed as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundations, footings,walls, plinth area flooring,plinth-bands, sides and bases of columns, paths etc. excluding the cost of centering & shuttering :1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand(karera sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate20 mm nominal size).(Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market)

Brickwork with locally available bricks of minimum 50 kg./sq.cm. compressive strength in foundations and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).(Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market)

Preparing surfaces of masonry and applying cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) :a) 15 mm thick.(Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market)

Preparing surfaces of masonry and applying cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) :a) 12 mm thick.(Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market)

Cutting road/concrete paths and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. aggregate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required. Water bound macadam

Making suitable opening in brick/concrete walls of drain/boundary walls wherever required and making good the same.
