Periodical and Break down mechanical maintenance at Valuthur GTPS Phase II for 1 year

Routine Maintenance of Gas Turbine (58.5 MW) and Auxiliaries: Charges for periodic maintenance of the Gas Turbine, including checks for abnormal sound, temperature, and leaks in gas, water, air, and lube oil systems with necessary corrections. Covers maintenance of Lube Oil Skid, Gas Skid, Mist Eliminator and Hydraulic System—such as pump and accumulator checks, lube oil top-up, oil transport, and cleaning of housings and heat exchangers. Also includes inspection of Mist Eliminator fan, GT exhaust bellows, Damper gearbox, water wash pump, DM water top-up, and support during online water washing and other minor mechanical works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Routine Maintenance of GT Inlet Air Filter House and Evaporative Cooling System : Charges for periodic maintenance of the Inlet Air Filter House and Evaporative Cooling System, including abnormal sound checks, pump strainer cleaning, filter cartridge replacement, fixing minor air leaks, and other minor mechanical works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Routine Maintenance of GT Ventilation, Blower, Cooling and Sealing Air Fans: Charges for periodical maintenance of GT ventilation fans, blowers, cooling and sealing air fans including cleaning of fan casings and dampers, greasing, checking damper operation, tightening bed bolts, ensuring proper fan functioning, and attending minor mechanical works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Operational Assistance for Routine Changeover of Equipment Charges for assisting in routine changeover of GT auxiliaries like cooling fans, blowers, seal air fans, damper checks, vibration checks, and attending minor mechanical works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Routine Maintenance of Gas Conditioning Skid at GBC End : Charges for periodic maintenance of the Gas Conditioning Skid and Drain Tank, including gas leak checks, minor corrections, external cleaning, condensate draining, and other minor mechanical works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Routine Maintenance of Gas Conditioning Skid at Gas Turbine End: Charges for periodic maintenance of the Gas Conditioning Skid and Drain Tank, including gas leak inspection, system checks, minor corrections, external cleaning, condensate draining, and other minor mechanical works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Routine Maintenance of ACHE System: Charges for periodical maintenance of the ACHE system including inspection and cleaning of fin tube bundles, pipelines, gas valves, auxiliaries, valve greasing, and attending other minor works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Breakdown Maintenance : Maintenance of Seal Air Fans and Exhaust/Enclosure Fans : Charges for dismantling, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of seal air and enclosure fans, including NRV flap bearing replacement (if required), gasket renewal, greasing, impeller coupling/decoupling, and attending breakdown works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Inspection of GT Guillotine/Diverter Dampers and GD/DD Shut-off Valves : Charges for manhole door opening/closing, manual operation of GD/DD dampers, inspection of shut-off valves for seal failure, replacement of worn-out seals, and other related works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
