M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the same old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and applying cement slurry @3kg/Sqm (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick of mortar 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fair without using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for under separate items) (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above over an application of polymeric membrance by torch application method. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying one coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

M&L for 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with nails as in ceiling including dismantling wall and ceilling boards of any description including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section of unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets bull-nosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face in section clean sawn, fixed with screws, sectional area exeeding 6 sq cm and not exceeding 13 sq cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) solid block masonry exceeding 10cm in width or girth and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries out side MD land complete all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) as backing coat and 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 as top coat and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces of cement concrete and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 0.90 litre 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Primer and emulsion application to be caned out through air less spray machine (Only mechanical application allowed except in paint application on bands/ chajja/ building edges/ borders/ projections where contrasting color as specified and directed is to be applied) (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) The cost of scaffolding upto 10m height of building shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) After preparation of the surface, Engr-in-Charge shall approve the same before applying primer and finishing coats. (d) Building wise stage passing register shall be maintained and shall be signed by Engr-in-Charge and contractor. (e) Contractor shall submit approved company generated 05 years warranty card at the time of submission of RAR & Final Bill.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic colour tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick (premium/special quality) in vertical wall etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the colour of tile over and including 10 mm thick backing course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and granite laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, cills or platform etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with 10 mm thick baking course in cement mortar 1:4 including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating the surface with bees wax polish for old Kota stone surface after machine polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre cast RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab for soakage well / manhole and similar works supported on walls set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement steel will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for RCC Type B1 1:1.5:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and directed.
