Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, framed work of garbage bin, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to FE 290 Gde 165 etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Mild Steel framed work such as in doors or gates of angle section or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including hanging or sliding arrangements either with hooks and hinges or steel hanging doort fittings, fastening and fittings and similar work conforming to FE 290 Gde 165 etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters, n exc 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) including all fittings & removing clear off site after credit for the same is recovered by dept complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix 15 micron coloured aluminium sections for sliding or openable windows, ventilators, doors, partitions etc including fabrication of frame & shutters and fixing with necessary lugs, cleats, rollers, handles, locking arrangement etc including all accessories such as glazing clips and rubber beadings for fixing glass panes / wire mesh in frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Hindalco/Indal (Indian Al Coy)/Jindal/Associated Profile & Aluminium Ltd/Ajit India Note:- (i) Glass panes /wire mesh will be measured & paid separately. Supply and fix in repairs 15 micron coloured aluminium anodised grill of design No DG-202, 10 mm thick, cut to required size/shape, and fixed in position with and including aluminium beading and frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, grinded and polished, green granite stone, bedded and jointed as in steps, jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platform and like in including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Stainless steel wire cloth,0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture, 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for APP modified waterproofing treatment over existing RCC roof slab with following specification including brushing off the surface to receive the treatment obtain the required surface complete as directed :- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on the prepared dry roof surface. (b) Laying 4mm thick APP membrane Plain finish weight not less than 4.50 kg per sqm by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorized applicator of manufacturer of APP membrane. (c) Over the membrane provide a solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm prescribed by manufacturer complete all as specified. Note : Quoted rate includes the disconnection existing tanks of any litres capacity including all fittings, setting aside (for lowering if reqd) for roof treatment & reconnecting and refixing in position including all fittings complete all as directed.
