Providing and fixing 12mm thick plywood with 4" width T&G wall panelling including polishing all complete job

French spirit polishing with Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/1 Osqm

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and in -eluding priming coat with cement primer

Wiring for light point , fan/ exhaust/call bell point/ amp socket point with 15 mm FR/PVC insulated copper cable in existing /recessed PVC conduit but without control switch, without box as required.

Wiring for 16 amp socket outlet with 2.5 mm FR/PVC insulated copper conductor cable in existing recessed PVC conduit including sheet as required.

Supplying and fixing of 10 amp 240 volt single pole grid plate mounted switch indicator with molded copper plate including recessed 2 inch ms box complete as required including connection.

Supply and fixing of combined 3 pin 240 volt 20amp socket outlet with safety shutters and 20amp 240 volt single pole mounted in recessed including m.s box complete as required

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral sheet steel mcb distribution box 240 volt on surface recess complete with tinned bus bar neutral link earth bar, tin bar, detachable glaud plates, double door interconnected including points etc. as required 12 way double door spn

Supply of 11000 volt grade aluminium conductor KPLE insulated PVC sheath arramged complete as per specification as required 16 sqmm

Supplying and fixing of the following light fixture including all accessories like electronic ballasts comes etc. complete as required concealed / tube lightning LED luminaries as per Philips.

Wiring for changeover 63 amp and insulation with complete accessories and holes on the wall as required.
