Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on internal surface of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1.6 and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 15 mm thick rendering on wall in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surface and finishing the surface mixed with WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement and smooth without using extra cement.(Water proofing compound shall be mixed as per manufactured instruction and paid separatly as per respective items) including taking down existing damage cement plaster on wall built in cement mortar incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing out with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even and smooth complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment (any number of layers) from old surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM.not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps- Step 1-Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2-Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 Itrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3-Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 Itrs (undiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as speified and directed.

Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @0.8 Itrs (undiluted) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water 11 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI having a pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr. The spray machine should be of reputed paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon addictive & Color stay Technology Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specification, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 Itrs (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr. The spray machine should be of reputed paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying emulsion should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of emulsion on the surface with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed.. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr. The spray machine should be of reputed paint manufacturer as mentioned in PS and acessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper mashking to be carried out before primer and paint application

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synnthetic enamel paint of approved colour / shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing of vegitation growth cutting of shrubs plant or tree of girth not exc 30 cm incl roots from wall and roof of bldg,mouth of rain/waste water pipe for building height upto 15 mtr including necessary scaffolding works, cutting of wall/roof etc to remove complete root of vegetations and applying chemical blue vitriol at the root of vegetation and making good the damaged portion with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 & two coats of cement base paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material Labour for theme painting on walls, Ceilings and pillars etc with Artistic Acrylic colours over plaster of paris putty 2 mm thick over plastered or unplastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after complete removal of existing treatment in any number of layers by scrapping with machenical scrapping machine, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint of approved colour, complete all as specified and directed.

Note against Item No 01 to 17 (a)The preparatory and application work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be excuted from authorized applicator duly cerified by manufacturer of the Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. Before execution of work necessary approval shall be taken from GE with all documentary evidences. (b) Where the items executed upto 25 mtr height, necessary scaffolding, props, jacks, shuttering and ladder shall be provided by the contractor in his own arrangement and the same is included in unit rates quoted. Green cloth shall be provided all around the work site for any position/height with all safety precaution (i.e. Safety Jacket, Safety Shoes, Safety Masks, Safety Helmet, Safety harness, Safety Goggles etc) Without safety precaution this work will not be commenced as decided by Engineer-in- Charge/ by GE. NO extra cost shall be paid for such precaution. Such precaution shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) The contractor shall enter a 'Memorandum of Understanding' (MOU) duly notarised (not later than 03 months old) with manufacturer mentioned in the Contract Agreement. Work shall only be commenced when MoU shall be submitted by the Contractor. Validity of MOU shall be valid during the currency of the work. However during defect liability period if any defect noticed contractor shall only be responsible for rectification of the same.

Note against Item No 01 to 17 (d) Insurance for each worker shall be provided during currency of the work. Same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (e) Masking/covering of window/doors during spray painting using polythine film shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) No payment for additional height shall be paid to the contractor. (g) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats etc. are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (h) Completion of the work will not be issued without proper cleaning of site as per direction of AGE(I) or by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embeded in concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel Fe-410 (Grade E-250A) angle or tee section as in post, cut to length and bend to shape as directed, fixed independetly without connecting plate etc, including provision of 05 to 06 Nos gaps/cuts/holes in each post for providing/laying barbed wire complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Supply and fix barbed wire shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for round Bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required and binding with and including MS wire within (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.(FE410 (Gde.E-250) quality-A orFe 290 (Gde -E-165)

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and all as specified and directed.

S & F view cutter Fibre glass reinforced translucent green coloured plain sheeting fixed with coach screw/ self tapping screw and washer etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Supply and Fixed Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc similar work for ornamental and intricate design conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
