De-watering, de-sludging (solid sludge or liquid mud) and cleaning the RCC sump 75,000 Gallons capacity by using pump or manually as required at site. Bottom and side walls of sump shall be cleaned by scraping with wire brush and cotton cloth till the concrete surface is become visible. After cleaning operation bottom and internal wall shall be washed with bleaching powder and potable water and painting internal surfaces with three coats of white wash suitable for drinking water and with two coats of cement based paint on external surfaces.The sludge and liquid mud shall be removed outside the MOD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Bushes and grass around the sump upto the fencing shall be cut and removed including the unwanted earth and levelling for the same. Two coats of anti corrosive enamel black paint shall be applied to sluice valve and iron parts i.e. ladder and cover of valve pit and sumps etc. Two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code over a one coat of red oxide primer shall be applied to on the complete pipe lines of sumps as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 01 here in before but of capacity 50,000 Gallons all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F as in repairs 150 mm bore ductile iron sluice valve, ISI mark flanged ends with stainless steel spindle with CI operating wheel cap and CI gate with brass ring type PN 1.6 including suitable size bolts, nuts for jointing and taking out the old unseviceable valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint blue colour of first quality by spray machine on board of size 1.8m X 0.60m at pump house entrance and writing the following description as existing with same font size all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F as in repairs 9mm thick plywood board of size 1.20m x 0.9m made from 9 mm thick plywood BWP, type BB covered with decorative laminate type-1 0.9mm thick white colour protected alround with aluminium channel frame including necessary fittings and writting the following description with 3M graphic letter of best quality complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soils as in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers as in any type of soil, not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI marking confirming to IS:8329/2000 in standard lengths of classification K-9 suitable for and including push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 150 mm bore, including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS:12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for floors/ paving etc. including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) below or ground level and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.
