Sub Head I : SITC of High mast system

Supply of 12M height high mast shaft in one section suitable for 55m/sec wind speed, with raising lowering system comprising head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 06 nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, and twin aviation obstruction light, double drum winch, 5mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. (Wiring material from JB to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are not included and are a part of installation).

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template suitable for the 12 Mtr High Mast

Supply of 230V AC, LED floodlight type BENP 20FL 120W LED or equivalent

Supply of 230V AC, LED type twin aviation obstruction light as per ICAO standards

Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals.

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site with all materials and labour.

Erection of 12 Mtr high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour.

Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete.

Supply of 7.5M / 8 M height hot dip Galvanized Iron Octagonal poles with foundation Bolts & Triple Arm Bracket suitable for fixing LED flood light fixtures.

Supply of 230V AC, LED floodlight of Bajaj make BJFL 70/80 W LED or equivalent

Installation, testing and commissioning of GI Octagonal poles of 7.5 mtr /8 mtr height and fixing of departmentally supplied LED lights, and providing 3 core 2.5 sq.mm copper flexible cable, nuts and bolts for termination with the light fitttings, in cement concrete foundation of ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including excavation and refilling of soil, fixing of foundation bolt etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of outdoor type pole mounting type junction box of size 250 x 200 x105 mm of Sintex make Code no: GS-JB-2520 on 7.5 mtr GI octogonal poles using necessary clamps, nuts and bolts including providing 10 A DP MCB, with provision for terminating Aluminium armoured cables of 2 runs 3.5 x 35 sq.mm Al armoured cable .

Supply and fixing of outdoor type meter boxes of size 430 x 215 x 150/120 of Sintex make Code no: GSMB-4422 including prviding 16A DP MCB with provision for terminating 2 runs of 3.5 x 35 sq.mm Al armoured cable, fixing the meter box using MS angles in 1:2:4 cement concrete of size 450 mm (L) x 300 mm (W) x 450 mm (D) etc. complete as required.

Sub Head II : Supply and Laying of LT Power Cables

Supply of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor UG power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes confirming to IS 7098(Part -1/1988) with upto date ammendments etc complete as required. (i)3.5 x 35 Sqmm

Supply of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor UG power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes confirming to IS 7098(Part -1/1988) with upto date ammendments etc complete as required. (i)3.5 x 50 Sqmm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ PIPE / closed masonry duct as required. (i) Upto 35 Sqmm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ PIPE / closed masonry duct as required. (ii) 35 sq. mm upto 95 sq.mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall/ surface/cable tray as required. (i) Upto 35 Sq.mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall/ surface/cable tray as required. (ii) 35 sq. mm upto 95 sq.mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe of ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting, cutting, jointing etc.in the existing trench, complete as required. 50 mm OD , 38 mm ID

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe of ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting, cutting, jointing etc.in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm OD, 50 mm ID

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required. (i) 3.5 x 35 sq.mm( 32 mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required. (ii) 3.5 x 50 sq.mm(35 mm)

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 75 cm including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, getting out the excavated soil, refilling with excavated soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc. and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters etc as required.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia RCC pipe NP2 class (light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortarof ratio 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc. as required. (i) 300 mm dia

Constructing masonry Chamber 80x80x100 cm inside, in brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 5, in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for cable laying i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete of ratio 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with 12 mm thick cement mortar of ratio 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including fabrication and fixing of GI chequered plate manhole cover of 100 x 100 cm size and 6 mm thick including providing MS L angle support, lifting hooks etc. the masonry chamber shall protrude 10 cm above the ground level to prevent water entry etc, complete as required.

Sub Head III : Earthing

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in surface or recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.
