Taking down of old unserviceable cable of any type upto and including 50 sqmm complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling existing ACSR (any size) from over head line completeall as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling insulators of any type and any size complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cross arm(made of MS channels / angles etc.) or clamps etc.complete and stacking aside for re-use / replacement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of stay assembly embedded in concrete and removing materials from site of work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable service connection cable with GI wire and reel insulator complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing GI earth wire any size complete all as specified and directed

Boring (Horizontally) existing road ( Maximum 10 mtr wide) suitable for passing GI tubing upto 80/100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plain area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in Soft / Loose soil for laying pipes, cables, as in foundations, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. NOTE : Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying the Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing excavated soils n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Bus Bar Chamber box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type Aluminium bus bars (32mm x 5mm) for looping & branch connection system .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 7 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947.

The bus bar chamber shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (01 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. The bus bar chamber shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. (Note : The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 500mm height (without base frame & canopy), 500mm width and 450mm depth).
