COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT DOMESTIC AREA AT AIR FORCE STATION PATHANKOT

Carrying out comprehensive maintenance of day to day formestic area (For No. 1 area) from main gaurd room to OMQ area,Offr mess,OI,HQ area,SMC, GL sec,Edn sec,Fire sec,DSC office,park,provost unit,all installation,pump house and other misc area for internal eletrification complaines by Collection from complaint cell daily between 9.00 am to 10.00 am and Repair in situ or attending of complaints of domestic area one Elect and one helper after rectifying complaines job card will be return on same date. Defects of the items such as switches, fuse wires, DB, MCB (light/ power), lamp holder (bracket, pandent, batten) bell/buzzer, push button, ceiling rose, capacitors and other similar electrical items/fittings, repairing of geysers/ solar heater system etc including providing of small pieces of electrical wire of size 1.5 sqmm to 10 sqmm single core/ two core and length not exceding 1.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note :- (i) any accessories as mentioned above found unserviceable shall be replaced under respective items of this Sch. seperately. However any minor requirement essential for making overall system serviceable is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

All as per item No. 1 here in above but for SMQ area,NC qtr, MES qtr ,all mess,MES office,Latif area,billets, sports ground,mandir area all installation,pump house and other misc area No. 2& 3 area all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.1 here in above but for No. 2,3 area ,302 TRU all installation,pump house,and other misc area all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:(Item 1 to 3) i) Contractor shall provide his authorised Cell/mobile No. and local address to contact and communicate the message for any break down/ Complaint received on Cell phone and contractor's rep will visit the office twice a day (0930 Hrs and 1430 Hrs) to collect the day to day complaints of any nature/type. (ii) Penalty for not rectifying the defect in time(within 72 hrs) will be charged to contractor and the amount of penalty @ Rs 1000/- per complaint will deducted from the due payment of contract. (iii) Manpower requirement for attending and completing day to day complaints will be depending upon the number of complaints which may vary day to day and cost of same is deemed to be included in quoted rate. Contractor is advised to quote accordingly. (iv) Complaints will be treated as rectified only after user's "Satisfactory slip "will be produced by contractor to concerned JE E/M/Rep of MES. (v) Old material obtained from replaced items under this item shall be contractor's property and will be measured as per Schedule of credit. (vi) Cost of minor spares i.e, insulation tape, lugs, thimbles etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Labour required to carryout the maint / repairs for all repairs including testing and commissioning shall be deemed to be included in item rate as quoted by the contractor.Items replaced shall be measured and paid seperately . (vii) Cost of T&P i.e, ladders, tools, brazing, welding, soldering required and transportation is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (viii) Making good the area / cleaning the area will be mandatory for the contractor & failing which penalty of Rs. 5000/- will be charged at each up stance

Plastic laminated top sheet cover 3 mm thick of size 8"x5" all as required at site including cutting for fixing the existing switches, sockets, fan regulators & drilling holes for fixing screws and providing 4 Nos screws with washers with sunken pressed steel terninal box 1.6 mm thick of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plastic laminated top sheet cover 3 mm thick of size 13"x11" all as required at site including cutting for fixing the existing switches, sockets, fan regulators & drilling holes for fixing screws and providing 4 Nos screws with washers for fixing the sheet to sunken box /wooden box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Modular type switch 6 Amp one module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light fan socket or power) complete with fitting such as switches, tube lights, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, MCB DB, MCB'S, Main switch from control board and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor to match with existing specification complete and all as specified keeping aside regulators/ light fitting/ MCBs serviceable/ unserviceable items for reuse with in the same bldg or deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi strand flexible cable and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core cable (green color) as earth lead in and including concealed non metalic rigid PVC conduit Medium grade with all fittings (ISI Marked) controlled by one switch including CI/MS sunk box of required size, & as directed by Engr in Charge & 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet, including cutting chases to wall making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification complete all as specified. (Make of wire : RR Kabel,or equi to L&T, finolex,Grandlay) (a) One light point/fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One 5 Amps socket point on same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) One 5 Amps switch socket outlet point on an independent board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) One bell point controlled by one 5 Amps bell push complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) One light point controlled by two Nos two way switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 40 above but for point wiring for power point with 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper cable 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including heavy duty PVC conduit ISI marked as required at site along with accessories with 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable connected to common earth dolly with all accessories for 15 Amps socket point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Recess mounted LED fitting with high transmittance polycarbonate diffuser 36 watt fit to 600x600 mm modular/pop/gypsum ceilling complete with including connecting electricaly to ceiling rose using cord flexible 3 core PVC insulated over all sheathed with flexible copper conductor of size 0.75 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing energy saving new generation 10 W LED bulk head luminaire with opal diffuser watt suitable for 10 W LED 6000K complete with LED lamp including connecting electricaly to ceiling rose using cord flexible 3 core PVC insulated over all sheathed with flexible copper conductor of size 0.75 sqmm all as required.

Supply and fix batten for LED tube light pre coated CRCA sheet steel,end caps made up with engineering plastic with 18 W highly efficient t8 tube with polycarbonated body complete accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement LED box type fitting pre-wired for LED tube with enegry efficient LED tube extruded aluminium heat sink & high efficiency diffuser 4 Ft version for 20 Watts, including connecting electricaly to ceiling rose using cord flexible 3 core PVC insulated over all sheathed with flexible copper conductor of size 0.75 sqmm all as required complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply & fixing and Testing MCCB DB (VTPN) 4 way 415 Volts 50 Hz indoor type double door sheet metal enclosure IP-43 DB's IK-09 flush mounted with 250 Amp Copper busbar for each phase with two neutral bar & two earthbar and cable ties for cable management including MCCB 100 Amps,ICs=100%ICu, 25KA four pole as in comer including connecting terminal strip complete and SP MCBs as out going etc complete pre wired with suitable size copper conductor. The DB's shall hold type test certificate (CPRI) as per IEC 61439-3 complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge including taking out old unserviceable DB and removing from site. Single pole & neutral 230 Volts 8 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link, fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge..

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board, double door with IP-43 protection single phase 230 Volts 4 way, including suitable size copper bus bar and neutral link Make: Legrand /Hager/ Merlin Gerin multi-9 fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification .

Supply and replacement MCB single pole 230 Volts any rating from 5 to 30 amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA,including providing thimble for out going cables complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and replacement MCB SPN 230 Volts any rating from 5 to 30 amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA, including providing thimble for out going cables complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable PVC connection with steel hose pipe 15mm bore (450mm long) complete with brass nuts at water temprature upto100 degree celceus complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 25 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp suitable bracket with all fixing accessories, impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fix in repl of u/s and broken with new exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutters , 250 mm sweep, single phase, 230 Volts AC,1200 RPM,, ISI marked fixed properly at directed location with provisioning of suitable fixing/tightening arrangements and connecting/testing complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fix in repl of u/s and broken with new exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutters , 300 mm sweep, single phase, 230 Volts AC,1200 RPM,, ISI marked fixed properly at directed location with provisioning of suitable fixing/tightening arrangements and connecting/testing complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fix in repl of u/s and broken with new exhaust fan steel body , 450 mm sweep, with blades and frame and louvers.,single phase, 230 Volts AC, with provisioning of suitable fixing/tightening arrangements and connecting/testing complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable bolt with bolt 12mm 100mm long complete all as specified and directed (Note- bolt shall be grouted with hammer drill only).

Supply and fix nozzles for water fountain, chromium plated 15 mm dia, 360 degree rotation with inbuild threaded socket fixed/tightened properly on iron pipe complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and laid Galvanised steel water tubing in trenches/floor/wall of 15 mm dia alongwith complete fittings etc as reqd at site complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fix in repl of u/s with new Automatic sensor water foucet suitable for wash hand basin, chromium plated 15 mm dia inlet suitable for working voltage from 110 volts to 220 volts AC and 6 volts DC complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply& fixing stop cock CP 15 mm bore with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Gun metal globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head,screwed both ends from iron pipes and fixed in repair of following (a) 25 mm bore complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

(b) 20 mm bore complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

(c) 15 mm bore complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply and fix bib taps , cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly , handle , screwed for iron pipes of 15 mm bore complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

M & L for Sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor ISI marked drawn through existing PVC/Steel conduit/casing capping and including 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conducter with multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge. Note : Two runs of copper conducter and one run of earth copper conducter shall be measured as one length complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.
