Labour only for Repair/maintanance of exhaust fan of any sweep by replacing unserviceable capacitor/ tightening the loose connections if any including testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Capacitor of required capacity will be measured & paid under relavent item here-in-after.

Labour only for disconnecting and taking down Exhaust Fan of upto 450mm Sweep from Electrical Connections, cleaning Internally and Externally thoroughly, tightening the loosed Split Pins, Cotter Pins and Check-nuts, etc. overhauling, lubricating with approved Lubricants, re-assembling including replacement of wornout/defective Parts, re-fixing in Original Position after Minor Repairs for the smooth functioning and including electrically connected with Flexible Wire multi -stranded Copper Conductor Cable of size 0.5Sqmm twin core from Ceiling Rose to Fan and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Necessary repairs/replacement of unserviceable Parts shall be measured and paid under appropreate Items as 'Supply only'.

All as per Item No. 21 here-in-above, but for Geyser of capacity exc. 25 Ltr and upto 50 Ltr, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for lowering down unserviceable Geyser of 25Ltr capacity and any type by disconnecting all Electrical and Water Supply Connections, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly, repairing and brazing Inner Tank for Leak Proof where ever required, testing of leakages with Pressure Test, replacing the unserviceable Parts, re-assembling and installing the Geyser in Original Position and providing all neccesary Connections and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Replacement of defective Parts shall be measured and paid under appropiate Items as ‘supply only’.

Taking down old unserviceable/burnt Submain Wiring with copper /aluminum conductor PVC insulated cable of any size drawn through PVC Casing Caping/Conduit including GI Wire Accessories etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of Walls, Ceiling, etc. so as to match the existing Finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.
