Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

ITT 3.2b.Satisfactory completion (at least 90% of the contract value), as Prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Canal Lining Work from Single Contract of value not less than Rs. 64.75 Lakhs during the last five years (2018-19 to 2022-23). The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division. Cost of completed works of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to 2023-24 price level

ITT 3.2c To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23) Executed in any one year the minimum quantities of work: 1)EWE (combined excavation and embankment): 2,403.78 cum, 2) Revetment: 948.48 Sqm 3) Cement concrete : 453.94 Cum, 4) Brick work: 166.71 Cum

Section 3 Qualification Information.

The tenderer shall give details of works on hand (Present contract commitment)

ITT3.2 a. To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23). Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 518.00 Lakhs.Financial turn over of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of FY 2023-24

ITT3.3 b. Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 86.27 Lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement. It should be in prescribed format appended in Bid document.

The Tenderer shall have valid class - I KPWD License (upload registration certificate of original should be produced while opening the tender)

All documents including details of EMD are to be mentioned in the technical bid only ( as per KPPP options)

All documents to be furnished are to be attested by the officer of not below the rank of Executive Engineer or by Notary.
