Dismantling manually/ mechanically including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Bituminous road.

Chequered (precast) cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath and courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry, fixed with pigement to match the shade of tiles including rubbing cleaning and curing complete on 20 mm thich of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) excuding cost of tiles ordinary cement without Any pigment (old).
