Repairs to 400 KVA voltage stabilizer at LIS Ambaran. The job involves disconnecting of the Voltage stabilizer from the main power supply (Incoming and Outgoing cables). Opening and removing of the panel, loosening /disassembly of the top cover, nut and bolts. Lifting of inside transformer assembly with the chain pulley block for extraction of the complete unit. Disassembly /Extraction of the coils. Thereafter disassembly of the core of the voltage stabilizer and extraction of the all burnt copper wire with the help of manual labour and suitable tools/tackles. Rewinding of copper coils (3 coils X 35 Kg/coil) made of the superior quality copper and then complete insulating and varnishing of coils. Assembling of the coils to make it a complete unit. Topping of new fresh 220 liters T-oil in stabilizer. Reinstallation of the stabilizer frame with transformer assembly. Lowering of complete unit in tank after repair work and then tightening of body with nuts/bolts. Connecting power cables with thimbles of the requisite capacity and testing on load. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges, hiring charges of tools/tackles required at site. Complete Job.
