Construction of LaltuPurwa to Pariyar link road with Five year maintenance

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 m Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Brick edging on both sides of the road with first class bricks 8 cm wide & 12 cm deep laid with mundmortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alingment and also including dressing & ramming the excavted erath as directed by the Engineer- in -charge . (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 kg/sqm using mannual means. (Including labour Cess, Emulsion & Excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom . (Including labour Cess, Bitumen & Excluding GST)

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing by mixall ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . (Including labour Cess, Bitumen & Excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall (Including labour Cess, Bitumen & Excluding GST)

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed infoundation and compected by vibration including curing for14days. (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Laying reinforced cement concrement pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,back filling,concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets 1000 mm dia hume pipe (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Brick masonry work in 1:3 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification clauses 613.3 , 1204 and 1208.4 (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure/superstracutre as per technical specification clauses 613.4 & 1204 (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Laying reinforced cement concrement pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,back filling,concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets 350 mm dia hume pipe (Including labour Cess & Excluding GST)

Maintenance of Constructed Road for next Five Year after the actual date of completion,Total maintenace Cost 7.50% of BOQ shall be paid in the form of installment as below,The payment shall be the inclusive of cess but Excluding GST,Payment shall be done as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge regarding maintenance work carried out by Contractor. (i) From Completion of 1 Year to 2nd Year 0.75% of Bill Amount.

(ii) 2nd Year to 3rd Year 1.25% of Bill Amount.

(iii) 3rd Year to 4th Year 2.00% of Bill Amount.

(iv) 4th Year to 5th Year 3.50% of Bill Amount.
