Comprehensive Maintenance for the lift : (Routine, preventive, breakdown) (Daily, Weekly, Forthnightly ,Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly maintenance) and keeping the lift and its connected equipment's in serviceable condition (on all days including sunday & holidays) and during all type of weather/condition for the undermentioned lift of any make and capacity , types (geared or gearless, auto or manual operated with or without VVVF drive system with or without ARD system and including control panel etc) and also maintaining the necessary documents complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In charge for the following lifts. Note : Compressive maintanance and repair work to all lift shall be carried out only by the concern OEM of the lifts.

Lifts No.1 for 13 Persons (strecher cum passanger) 844 kg at speed of 0.55 M/Sec electric driven motor 10 HP serving 4 landings i.e. ground plus three of Make "ESCON" in AICTS pune complete all as specified and as directed.

Lifts No.2 for 20 Persons (strecher cum passanger) 1360 kg at speed of 1 M/Sec electric driven motor 15 HP serving 5 landings i.e. ground plus four of Make "ECE" in AICTS pune complete all as specified and as directed.

Lift No. 3 for 26 person (strecher cum passanger) 1768 Kgs at speed of 0.55 M/Sec electric driven motor 15 HP serving 5 landings i.e. ground plus four Make "ECE" in AICTS Pune complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cabin lighting with LED Technology for lift cabin with LED fixtures 6 nos of 6 W flush to ceiling including control wiring for auto off complete with all accessories including wiring etc for installation. Complete all as specifies and as directed.

S&F LED fixture of 6W to ceiling including control wiring for auto off complete with all accessories including wiring etc for installation complete all as directed.

Supply & lay rope plain alloy elevator prestretched wire steel round shaped strands & fibre core size 13mm 8/19 complete with all accessories for installation complete all as directed.

S&F landing operation push button station full collective surface mounted type with two way communication system complete with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of overload warning system, provided for indicating buzzer alarm system in case of overload of lift more than designed capacity

S&F safety guards at TOP & BOTTOM of lift car complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F safety door sensor of infrared curtain for lift automatic car door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Striker for retiring cam complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Door roller bearing complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacements of false ceiling made of stainless steel hair line finish, 1.2 mm thick and fitted with aluminium square fan grill and 05 Watt LED at four corners, including removing existing suitable for lift all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charg.

S&F Safety Toe Guard under the car platform below door sill, made from 1.2 mm thick MS sheet duly painted and size shall be 900 mm height and length equal to car sill width, including hardware, cutting, welding as required.
