Dismantling plank flooring

Providing and laying Laminate wooden flooring (Grade AC4 or AC4+ laminates) 6 mm to 12 mm thick, having a good backing layer made up of plastic laminate or melamine, core made up of medium-density fiberboard (MDF),which is less resistant to impact damage and less resistant to being dented by heavy furniture, having a décor layer to give each floor its appearance and consisting of one or more sheets of paper impregnated with melamine resin and top wear layer having clear aluminum oxide finish that protects the decorative layer & imparts the desired level of sheen, from full gloss to low gloss, duly fixed to the base floor using adhesive as approved by the manufacturer.

Providing and fixing wooden Door Profile complete in all respect

Dismantling of floor tiles at any floor of the building, laid in cement mortar including dismantling of cement concrete base and disposal ofmalba at a suitable place within a distance of100 Mtrs of the complexcomplete in all respect.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors,windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of Steel Window by Cutter machine or Welding Machine complete in all respect

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60±0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg). G.1 fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, ncluding drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single/double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately). Variation in profile imension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension ilasin depth & width of profile shall be acceptable Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm).

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to Upvc windows, clerestory windows & doors complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge

Providing & fixing DGU 6mm toughened plain + 10mm airgap + 6mm toughened plain in Upvc doors, windows, complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing 8 mm toughened glass complete in all respect
