Repainting the water proofing coating for terraces with ready mixed water proofing paint two coats over one coat of crack paste over one coat cement paint including through scrapping clean removal of dirt, etc., complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The colour and shade of the ready mixed water proofing paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Supplying and fixing with new PVC Laminated Gypsum board false ceiling 10mm thick in the true horizontal level false ceiling grid using hot dipped galvanized steel section exposed surface chemically cleaned capping pre finished in banned poly system paint wall angle of size 3000x24mmx 24mm used in periphery of the ceiling fixed to the wall partition RC columns band walls with the held of screws of 60mm main runner of size 24x35x3000mm suspended at a 1200mm c/c by using 24x14mm angle hanger securely fixed to the structural soffits of RC slab by using 6mm cross Tee of size 24x26x1200mm to be inter locked between in main runner at 600mm c/c mark to form a grid of 600x600mm long cross Tee of size 24x26x600mm fixed in between 1200mm long cross Tee for forming a grid of 600x600mm finally laying high quality vinyl film with back side alu, foil PVC laminated Gyp sum ceiling tiles regular of size 595x595x9mm of noise reduction Co-efficient NRC of 0.1-0.3, relative humidity 95% density of 780kg/m3 and light reflection 0.75 etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Providing and filling the tile joint with epoxy grout with following specification: Surface preparation including cleaning the joint to be free from dust and loose particles. Providing masking tape on either side of the tile joint edges and providing sealing the tile gap with epoxy tile joint grout and finishing neatly and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.
