Complete removal or existing treatment on wall/roof projections including fascia cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum machine, scruber) with sanding pad adjustable size according to high of building of appropriate grit to make surface clean free from dust loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Contractor shall ensured that all deployed labour's on operations, like painting & misc building repairs & maintenance work, electricity subjected repairs & instrallation and its testing related have to maintained according to CA & related regulated other agency norms as followed, No extra demand will be paid by the department on this account).
