M&L for maintenance and servicing of DG SET complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel , drain out engine oil from the sump , flushing the sump thoroughly and replacing the fuel filter elements 2 nos ,super bypass filter element 1no, oil filter element 2 nos and filling the starting batteries with electrolyte to be maintain the required specific gravity, applying the petroleum jelly in battery terminal poles and charging , replacing the diesel tank level tube, cleaning the entire DG set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer , checking of voltage ,frequency, amps , fuel, oil , water level and exhaust leakage etc. .Tightening all the bolts & nuts to the required torque ..etc. and testing as directed by Engineer In Charge complete for 200KVA DG set (Note:- Spares parts/New engine oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items) (Make of Engine:- Kirloskar/Cummins)

Servicing of DG Set (any capacity of 25 KVA to 82.5 KVA) including replacement of gasket tappet cover, oil and fuel filter elements, adjustment of tappet of 6 cylinders engine, drain out the old engine oil clean the oil sump and refilling with the required quantity of new oil, Checking of fan hub, including externally cleaned complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge. (Note:- Spares parts/New engine oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items) (Make of Engine:- Kirloskar/Cummins)

Overhauling of water pump assembly and radiator complete including material and labour for impeller, shaft seal bearing, gaskets washers and rubber hose complete of the following DG Sets:-

25 KVA to 82.5 KVA Make kirloskar/cumins/Ashok Leyland

Taking out and refixing of radiators after draining out of coolant from the radiator, cleaning de-scaling, repairing/soldering to leakages including M&L coolant required quantity of make as approved in the following DG sets:-

Supplying & Fixing Solenoid Control Switch 12 Volt DC suitable for 50/25KVA DG Set.

Taking out FIP assembly complete, refixing, servicing including M&L in replacement for all elements, i.e., delivery valves adjusting fuel injunction as specified by the manufacture, sealing’s refitting in position and satisfactorily testing of the following DG Sets :-

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate connected to galvanized strip 32 X 6 mm (earthing lead, length upto 7.5 Meter) by means of bolt, check nut and washer of galvanized iron protected by galvanized iron steel pipe 40 mm bore, light grade and connected to equipment / panel board as directed incl. necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, cast iron cover and frame, painting, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore GI pipe light grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers in soft/loose soil complete incl. test point all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule part-1.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
