Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in for lying of electric cable, pole foundation and stays etc and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 250mm thick after cable are laid and tested , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (Surplus soil) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cables provided with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying the cable in trenches and 15cm thick after laying the cable in trenches, total 23cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - for measurement purpose punned thickeness 18 CM shall be considered

S & L sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Cutting through existing bituminous road /PCC/floor/approx size width 50cm X 60cm depth along cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing/RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairing the road to match with the original finish, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Laying cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trench/ on wall with the help of shadel including suitable cable lugs and electric connections all as specified at site cable size of size of 25 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling / Taking out Unserviceable LT cables of size upto 95 sqmm any core from any position i.e ground / walls / poles / culverts etc complete with protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Laying only LT under ground cable PVC/XPLE insulated PVC sheathed 1100 V grade armoured/ unarmered any type including testing commissioning of the cross sectional area 6 Sq mm to 120 Sq mm, 2/ 3.5/4 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Cable will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing. Excavation and earthwork will be measured under respective items.

S&F in repair 'Tubes "light grade" galvanised iron, laid under roads/drain, fixed to poles, walls, with flat iron clamps bolts/nuts/ washers of the following sizes of 50 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Item No 13 but, 40 mm dia.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1 : 4 : 8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundtion for pole including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for junction box hot press moulded SMC of 140 x 140 x 95mm and outside dimention 32 with locking arrangements consisting of necessary suitable arrangements for incoming & out going cables with cable glands & having TPN Bus bar 100A amps capacity with necessary base insulator and including necessary flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts & washers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make- Sintex Industries Ltd or equivelent make.

Repairing of LT panel by means of replace the hinge and locking arrangement of the existing panel, tightening the cable with bus bar by means of suitable lugs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for spray painting to outdoor/Indoor type double door LT panels/Fedder pillar box incl angle iron stand by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning the surface thouroughly with scrapper of MS sheet and angle iron stand incl cleaning of cables, wiring and other non painted parts of paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of u/s MCCB of 4 pole of capacity 63 to 100 Amps 415 Volts with breaking capacity 16 KA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- L&T/ Legrand/ Scheinder/ Siemens

M&L in replacement of u/s MCCB of 4 pole 200 Amps adjustable type, 415 Volts, with breaking capacity 36 KA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make:- L&T/ Legrand/ Scheinder/ Siemens

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, Reinforcement Cement Concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(set of two) NOTE: The unit rate includes earth strip and protection pipe upto (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.

Supply and fix in Replacement of Off load Change over switch 4 pole, 415 Volt, 100 Ams capacity including all incomming and outgoing electric connectios, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
