Fabrication, supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of bar screen in the sewage incoming chambers 2 nos at Kondli Gharoli S.P.S. having channel width – 1450 mm, depth 9300 mm and length 3500 mm approx each. With conveyer belt arrangement for dumping the waste particles taken out from incoming chambers with L shaped bar frame/ screen. Job includes following work :-Plugging of total sewage water entering into the channel by closing the incoming and outgoing gate also complete isolation of water entering in area necessary items such as gunny bags etc of each bar screen during operation one by one.

Dewatering of sewage in isolated channel one by one for creating proper working space

Dismantling / Removal of existing old worn-out MS bar screen in front existing channel of bar screen No. 1 & 2 and existing manual bar screen (which is to be renovate), by cutting old damage MS structure with all support, jaali, guider, and rusted nut bolts by gas cutter and required tools & tackles. Job also includes the charges of hydra crane for taking out from the channel and keep at ground as per direction of engineer /en-charge.

Making a temporary working platform by approximately 20 Ft long bamboos and manila rope etc inside the approx. 30 ft. deep channel at different height /location in the individual pit/channel.

Removing / Stacking of the floating material from the Screening Chamber (appox. 30 ft. deep chamber) using heavy labour with the help of ladder, hydraulic Mobile Crane and other necessary items.

Fabrication and fixing of MS ‘C’ channel of size 125mm x 65mm for making the guider in vertical possession of 7 mtr. long approx. on both side walls in the sewage channel for up and down of bar screen. Welding of MS plate of size 250x250x10mm with ‘C’ channel duly drilled 4 nos. holes of 16mm at every corner of plate and fixing with fastener bolts of 16 mm.

Providing and fixing of MS I-Section beam of 200x100mm up to 4 mtr. Approx. height in vertical and horizontal possession at ground with RCC civil foundation and tightening by MS stud grouted in RCC foundation. The work includes providing and welding of MS. Plate with 4 nos. holes of 20mm drill.

Making of RCC civil foundation with grouting of MS. Stud for fixing of vertical I section beam also includes the cost of civil material with labour as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of screen (jali) of size 2.8 Mtr X 3 Mtr X 0.75mtr in L shaped by S.S Angle of size 75X75X6mm and S S. Flat iron of size 40x8mm duly welded one by one at 20mm gap in each flat and fixing in sewage channel by making of clamping system on upper side of bar screen for fixing with rope wire as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of MS platform for collecting the floating material removed from the sewage channel by bar screen. The size of platform is (2mtr x 1 mtr). Made out of frame by angle (100x100x6mm), supporting angle (75mm x75mm x6mm), MS chequered plate (2mtr x 1mtr) and 6mm thickness. Fixing with RCC foundation and tightening by MS stud grouted in the RCC foundation.

Fabrication fixing of conveyor system of size 1 Mtr X 7.5 Mtr made by ICMC 150X75 mm M.S channel and 3 Mtr X 0.3mtr X 3 MM M.S sheet with complete gear box, rollers and conveyor Rubber belt of size 7 Mtr X 0.75 Mtr X 8mm Thick. Including grouting complete with civil work in all respect.

Providing and fixing of of E.O.T. Crane of 3 ton (single Girder)capacity with 3 phase electric motor of suitable HP, flanged modulate TEFC type. This crane will be work for lifting of bar screen up and down. Job includes Making electric connection, fixing of panel box by main supply arrangement with suitable MCB box with cover & making safety arrangement from rain as per site requirement. The job also includes suitable size of cable its laying in ground & wall as required and connection main LT panel with all accessories etc Make – Indef/ Reva/WH Brady/DJB approved.(SOR Rate) (span 9 mtrs)

Providing and fixing of MS sheet at top level of water level so that the water could not pass by upper side of bar screen. The size of sheet will be 2.8 mtr. x 3 mtr. x 6mm duly welded with supporting angle of size 65x65x6mm and making proper strengthening for bearable of water flow pressure as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of tin shed for safety purpose of complete system from the rain fabricated by MS sheet of 3mm thickness, angle of size (50mmx50mmx6mm), flat iron of size (75mmx6mm), nut bolts and washer as per site requirement. Size of shed (3 mtr x 2.4 mtr).

Providing of MS. Nut bolts with washer of various size as required above.

Fabrication and fixing of railing at platform for safety purpose of staff approx 3.5 MtrsX4Mtrs area

Painting of newly making complete system by one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour as per DJB approved color scheme.

Arrangement of all safety equipments for the protection of staff to work such as oxygen mask diving Suit safety belts in the deep channel and at height, making the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accident during working at site as per NHRC guidelines.
