Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) as in benching and forming channel inside manholes for section of pipe 200mm including finished smooth and even using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished channel or drain 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including mitred/stopped ends, forms mould etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe 200mm dia and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 200 mm bore dia reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L, for precast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggeregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping incuding necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle treating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
