Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth leadupto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note for item no. 3.01- The extra percentage rate ( 20 %) is applicable in respect of each item but limited to quantities of work executed in these difficult conditions. The unit, namely, metre depth, to be considered for payment, shall be the depth measured from the sub soil water level up to the centre of gravity of the qty executed in difficult conditions. The depth shall be reckoned correct to 0.10 m, 0.05 m or more shall be taken as0.10 m and less than 0.05 m ignored

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4(1Cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in positionmachine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 toaccelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings,valves including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Electrical Work items:

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure withcover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade Upto 35 sq. mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supplying armoured cable 6 sq mm: Aluminium Armoured cable of XLPE insulated (cross linked polythelene) PVC sheathed, armoured with galvanised round / strip steel, 1100 V. grade conforming to I.S. 1554 (part-1) & IS :7098 (part-1), 4 core 6 Sq. mm. conductor.

Operation & Maintenance:

Providing operation and maintenance sevices for all plant unit for smooth functiong of the plant for one Month with Supply of labours as per the wages not less than the latest wages for the employee in construction or maintenance of roads or in building operation as per latest governemnt notification,as per respective labour laws published by office or the regional labour commissioner (Central) including all taxes and contractor profit etc. Complete as below for item 23.01 to 23.10

Maintenance of log book records of faecal sludge truck numbers, operating time of equipment, lime & energy consumption, approximate quantity of treated sludge generated as per the instructions of Engineer in-charge / Project Leader. The log books shall be provided by the Project Leader.

Day to day maintenance of plant equipment including checking of oil levels, electrical connections, LPG connections, piping & valves, cleaning of plant premises work as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge / Project Leader.

Safety gadgets including gum boots, industrial handgloves, helmets, eye protecting glasses, masks to be used for plant operation & maintenance.

Day to day work as per the instruction of the Engineer in charge

Note:- Manpower is required in one shift of 8 hours per day excluding Sunday.
