Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering including stacking properly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges etc., fixed all as per manufacturer's instructions and fixed with self threaded steel screws of length not less than 50 mm at site with suitable arangement as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 2.00 here-in-before but plain steel sheet as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape etc., cut to designed shape (jhallar) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel section used as in frames, main and cross beam, pillars, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates; ladders; water tanks stagging; railing etc., conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F welded steel wire fabric (weight exceeding 4 kg per square meter) supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel member Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres & not exceeding 1000 Litres and removing to store etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Rotational moulded PVC, triple layered, water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc., and including 20 mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinfored) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floor) beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, balcony, parapets and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floor of WCs, bathroom etc., complete all as specified as under :- (i) cleaning of sunken floor surface with mechanical means i.e wire brush/ air blower etc., and loose/ unsound material, dirt, dust etc., (ii) Applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating Hydroproof Xtra of FOSROC/ Equivalent of Dr Fixit or Pidilite Industries Ltd in the ratio of 1:2:4 (One part of acrylic polymer : Two part of water and four part of cement). (iii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.444 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.222 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.222 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.111 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (v) applying 200 micron thick polythene film which shall be pasted with help of adhesives over treatment. (vi) rendering 15 mm thick with WPC to vertical walls of sunken portion Area.
