Official charges for renewal of FSSAI license for 1 year

Drafting, typing, binding, collection of documents from various sources and preparation of documentations for FSSAI (Food Safety) .

Incidental Charges including transportation fooding, conveyance, stationaries for Food Safety official visit (2 times) at the time of renewal.

Labour charges for thorough cleaning, sweeping, mopping of the machineries and building of the Bottling Plant to maintain hygiene and sanitary requirements as mentioned in schedule 4 of Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and registration of food business) Regulation 2011 during visits of the Food Safety officers at the Bottling Plant. This includes all consumable required for plant for mantaining highest level of hygene with placurd, festoon within the plant & outside the plant.

D-1 for FSSAI License

Professional fees for initiation of online submission of D-1 form (Audit Report) annually for the year 2024

Incidental Charges including transportation fooding, conveyance, stationeries for Food Safety official visit (2 times) during the year and also after submission of D-1 form.
