Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for roughening of roof surfaces by wire brushing and cleaning top surfaces of cement concrete, roof slab, including flashing and junction of parapets etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:3, laid on roof/parapet wall, mixed with water proofing compound when concrete is green, @ 200ml per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for UV stable single component fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane having solid content of 55% formulated wih PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106. The application of the material should be done in two coats (10 to 12 hrs gap between each coat) on the substrate, applying first self priming coat at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 then 2 undiluted coat of damp proof ultra obtaining coverage @1 ltr/10 sqft in three coats. The vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under. Min elongation at break of 350%, crack bridging ability of 2.5 mm @650 microns thickness, resists positive hydrostatic pressure of up to 10 bars. The material shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engr-in charge/consultant. Also, proper surface preparation along with coving at corners is must, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (i) The work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer only. (ii) The authorized applicator of manufacturer shall be approved by GE. (iii) The color of finish shall be decided by the GE.

M&L for brick work built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size bricks), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bands, coping, bed plate etc including weathering slightly chamfered or rounded angles including necessary form work, if any, and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Granite stone slab (of any type) 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and tabil top for fixing wash basin and flooring bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types light shade over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over and including cement screed bed or bedding 15mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for mirror polishing and rubbing on old existing kota stone slabe flooring, skirting etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary formwork. set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia, and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-O, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- All debris and rubbish shall be removed from MOD land during or at the end of each working period at his risk and cost in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:4), set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Vitrified tiles Light shade (Double charged / ultra charged) 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished , area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Designer Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface (dado/skirting) 7mm thick of size 450x300mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Boring holes through glazed tile lining for pipes, etc n exc 50mm dia and making good, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fixing only in repair resecuring of Anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605X 605 mm frame work for false ceiling part portion incl necessary fixing arrangements complete levelled with existing ceiling level, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Fixing only in repair 12 mm thick perforated particle board/ tiles for insulation and acoustic purpose, 600 X 600 MM size fixed with staples on snap grid as in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of solid thickness 5 mm consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be of 600 kg / cbm density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should two PVC strips. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a U Channel at top, bottom and side edges and strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement and colour approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note- Including all necessary fittings and scaffolding for heighted site.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings; framework of water tanks and framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. Similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint exposed to view surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Plain Aluminium sheeting Alloy 31000 H4 in stepped flashing (measured as the minimum rectangle from which the pieces can be cut) 0.56mm thick fixed with self tapping screws fixed to wall wherever required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, including dismantling of old partition of any type and size wherever existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F of powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium sections weighing .55 kg/M including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, 3 Nos hinges, 2 Nos tower bolts, aluminium snap beading screws etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only 12 mm thick both sides prelaminated Particle board, interior grade, fixed with screws to frame work in cup board shutters, partitions, shelves etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- Rate for fixing deemed to be included with item No 1.43 & 1.44.

Supply only 5.5 mm thick tinted glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or with wooden/ aluminium shutter (supplied along with shutter) exc 0.50 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- Rate for fixing deemed to be included with item No 1.43 & 1.44.

Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
