BITUMINOUS CONCRETE USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 include 8% plastic waste heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing and erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary , Mandatory and Information signs (with Definition Board ) made out of High intensity Prismatic grade Sheeting Confirming to Type-IV Standard of IRC-67 : 2012 and ASTM D 4956-09 , Specification and fixed over 2 mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back Supporting frame of 25 mm X 25mm X 3mm Mild steel angel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10 m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60 m below ground level . The sign post should be painted asper IRC 67 -2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm size including cot and conveyance of all materials , Equipment , machinery and labour with all leads and lifts , Loading charges necessary for satifactory completion of the works as directed by the engineer in Charge . High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro - Reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67 - 2012 . The retro - Reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warrenty issued for field performance and certified copy of theree years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67 - 2012 (As per MORT & H Specification no .801) - 60 cm equilaterial Triangle with definition board

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectoising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area , Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 . The finished surface to be level , uniform and free streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT & H specification No.803 - Road Marking - Edge line

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of "category B" raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonae/ABS moulded body and reflective panels(bi-covex reflectors)with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the lifht entering the lens face with retro - reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also fonfirm to the MORTH circular NI. RW/NH. 33023/10/97-DO.III dt 11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100 mm, 15 mm and 90mm and base of markder shall be flat within 1.3 mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Poly carbonate or methyl methecrylate fonforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro - refloctory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq. cm.. The slope or retro - refloctory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each 4reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH & H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage.

Maintenance Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
