Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1- Cement : 2- Coarse sand : 4- graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth (upto 10 ton)

FLOORING AND TILING WORK Light Gray Granite Rough granite as per approved samples. Providing and laying 18 mm thick, machine cut, fine chisel dressed stone slab in flooring, paving, treads, nosings,corbels and bands over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 : 5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand), butt jointed with a joint width of not more than 1mm, in white cement mortar 1 : 2 ( 1 white cement : 2 stone dust) mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone slab complete. Rates are inclusive of laying the stone as per the patterns shown in the drawings. Rates shall be inclusive of arranging of samples of tiles, stones, granites etc as directed by the Consultants and the engineer in charge for approvals of the the same well in advance and prior to using them in works. All materials shall then match the quality, thickness, size,characteristics, technical parameters and make of the approved sample only. Deviation if found in the materials thereon, the material shall be liable for rejection in part or total.)

SHEETING WORKS for Plazas Providing, designing , detailed engineering, supplying, Fabrication and Installation of suitable GI structure using GI pipe, base plate and necessary hardware as applicable duly painted with necessary primer & PU paint as approved shade. Design, Supply Fabrication and installation of tensile membrane fabric Xtrem TX30 - IV, 1350 gsm , both side PVDF coat, with tensile strength (warp/weft) 800/ 700 daN/ 5cm, tear strength(warp/weft) 120/ 110 daN as per manufacturer's specification and 15 year manufacturer warranty or equivalent. Including cutting, welding and cables, plates and necessary hardware for fixing the fabric as per approved shape. Membrane shall be cut and manufactured with high frequency PVC welding machine, cost of all materials complete as per directions. a. Fabric should be of Serge Ferrari make or equivallent with warranty period. b. Rate are inclusive of transport, loading, unloading and all applicable taxes. c. The work shall be executed by only skilled personel having experience in executing tensile structure works. The contractor shall be required to produce shop drawings with details for approvals of the consultants and Engineer in charge.

TREE PLANTATION (10' to 12' height, 1' girth) : Supply & plantation of trees as per specified plantation plan. This will also include excavation of pits (90cm x 90cm x 90cm) ,mixing of soil additive @ 10kg per pit and existing soil, pesticides application.
