Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles, removing unserviceable portion/debrish from site complete as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all directed.(Note : Quoted rate also include for taking out old rusted/ unserviceable galvanised steel barbed wire or chain link fencing)

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all directed. (Note : Quoted rate also include for taking out old rusted/ unserviceable galvanised steel barbed wire or chain link fencing)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge n exe 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exe 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.
