Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for laying for cables, errection of poles etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil including removal of sand, bricks/PCC covers laid for cable proection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but depth exc. 1.5 m but not exc. 3 m

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for old size sub class 'B' bricks well burnt, laid flat as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying of old serviceable bricks item retreived from Sl No. 1 & 2 here-in before for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as directed.

M&L for local sand cushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable, 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and punned down complete all as directed

Material & Labour PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour PCC1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of GI tubing light grade 100 mm bore for passing through cables, laid in treanches, under the floor, along the wall or along the pole with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall, floor etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for replacement of GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for passing through cables, laid in treanches, under the floor, along the wall or along the pole with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall, floor etc complete all as specified and directed .

Re-Laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 10 to 70 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 Core (Item retreived from item 13 here-in-before) laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles after removing fault complete all as specified and directed.

S&L including connecting XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated, bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of 120 Sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing of bushes/small plants upto root level around and surroundings areas E/M installations (i.e. Two Pole/ Four structures, outdoor-substation yards & other Misc E/M installations etc.) soft and loose soil including surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and removing debris to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as directed

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31), 09 meter long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paint from 1.5 mtr above ground level to top of pole and a height of 1.5 mtr from the ground level synethetic enamel paint in alternate strips / layer (30 cm wide) with white and blue colour including writing the pole number in white letters on black background including taking out old unsv pole complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing (without taking down) of existing ACSR’s conductorsand earth wires including cradles, of any description, size & shape and in any position, as in LT/HT overhead lines, on existing poles, including opening of connections and binding wires, restringing and tightening of conductors/earth wire in position, removing sag, binding to insulators with new aluminum wire, making and connecting jumper connections etc. including testing complete all as specified and directed. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following provisions also :- (i) Setting/adjusting etc in position of cradles. (ii) Old serviceable spacers of ACSR conductor shall be reused and fixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one GI nut bolt 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 Volt complete including taking down old unserviceable insulator all as specified and directed.

Material & labour Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts for 1100 Volt 100 mm height & 115 mm dia with GI straps 31x5 mm & dia of volt 14 mm complete including taking down old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of size 20 cm x 15 cm x 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet viterous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skul and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers of approved size for LT , 415 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly using GI stay rod 20 mm dia complete with stay plate of mild steel of size 300 x 300 x 6.00 mm thick, stay bow, loop insulator, stay wire, stay clamp, nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No 1 . (Necessary earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation for stay etc. including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old painted surface of steel tubular poles of 9 mtr long including cross arms, cable protection pipe, bus bar box and painting of complete area with one coat of aluminum paint from 1.5 mtr above ground level to top of pole and a height of 1.5 mtr from the ground level synethetic enamel paint in alternate strips / layer (30 cm wide) with white and blue colour including writing the pole number in white letters on black background and cleaning /cutting the grass/bushes at a radius of 2 mtr surrounding the pole all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of existing old un-serviceable Earth continuity conductor of size 32 x 6 mm Aluminium strip fixed to wall and batton or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of existing unsv MCCB 400 Amps current carrying capacity 36 KA , AC 415 Volts Ics= 100% Icu, four pole with magnetic/ thermal adjustable type setting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of existing unsv MCCB 250 Amps current carrying capacity 36 KA , AC 415 Volts Ics= 100% Icu, four pole with magnetic/ thermal adjustable type setting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of existing unsv MCCB 160 Amps current carrying capacity 25 KA , AC 415 Volts Ics= 100% Icu, four pole with magnetic/ thermal adjustable type setting complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming up of tree branches upto 3 mtr all around LT overhead lines, removing cut branches from site as directed. Note :- (i) The overhead lines will be kept clear from all trees by trimming of tree branches with 3 mtr all around the line. (ii) Necessary permission will be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area will be arranged by department.

M&L for replacement of existing UNSV sign board with new sign board of size of 7 x 3 feet box type in cuboid shape made out of acrylic sheet on both side framed with stainless steel pipe including writing alphabatic letters of height 150 mm computerised with refelctive sheets providing LED 20 Watts tube light fitting - 02 Nos inside the box to be made all as directed and fixed with stainless steel pipe heavy duty 50 mm dia and to be fixed outside the installations including making all electric connections using 4 sqmm multi stranded aluminium cable as required at site duly burried in ground along with required PCC and top of the sign board should be 2.3 mtr above GL complete all as directed and specified. Note: Excavation, PCC removing extra soil etc. is deemed to be included in the rates quoted

M&L in replacament of existing old unsv earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600 x600 x 6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal, salt complete all as per SSR with PCC chamber, 50mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 80mm c/c both way including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and connecting , testing on completion all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part I complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in the rates quoted).

M&L in replacament of existing old unsv earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full lenght of earth plate, 40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, complete all as per SSR with PCC chamber, 50mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 80mm c/c both way, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part I complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in the rates quoted).

Taking down existing old unsv LT panel board with all accessories and Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made LT panel board cubical out door type of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable chamber and front side shutters with locking arrangement, panel base of angle iron 50x50x6 mm upto 45 cm height for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system including TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders. All control wiring shall be with FRLS PVC insulated 6 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. The panel board shall have bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm and complete mounted or fixed on PCC foundation 0.45 mtr above floor and cable connection with suitable size of copper lugs and suitable size chrome plated glands provided for incoming and out-going cables comprising the following :-

M&L for dismantling the cable connections of four pole/ three pole Air circuit breaker of capacity upto 1000 Amps, 415 V, 50 Hz of Make Legrand/ CG/ L&T/ABB/ Havells/ C&S, strip opening the Air circuit breaker, inspecting the parts for serviceability/ overhauling complete and carrying out the following repairs/ maintenance:- a) Cleaning the insulation parts including bushings with CTC solution. b) Checking the alignment and condition of movable and stationary contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer's instructional manual. c) Check the bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tights. Replace the worn-out parts. d) Check arc chutes for damage. e) Clean and lubricate the operating mechanism with a light machine oil for pins and bearings and with a non-hardening grease for the wearing surfaces. Adjust breaker operating mechanism all as per manufacturer's instructional manual. f) Checking / inspecting shunt trip coil for serviceability and replacing the same if required. g) Checking control device free for operation. j) Check after servicing the circuit breaker to verify the contacts move to the fully opened and fully closed positions, that there is an absence of friction and that the electrical operation is functional. NOTE : Spare parts replaced shall be maesured and paid seperately as supply only.
