Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with Fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but except bricks.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, bed block & hold fasts etc. Including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete blocks Type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, kerbs etc, setting in cement mortar 1:4, dismantling old kerb stone and removing out side defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for keyed pointing to brick wall in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/brick surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkai resistent primer paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal ,whilst the convrete is green complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25-40 mm sand screed bed for interlocking tiles including well rammed and consolidation all as per direction by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-30 grade with grey cement and no pigment , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 15 here-in-before but except interlocking tiles, including dismantling of old complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequred cement pre polished concrete tiles 400X 400X 25 mm thick set ,jointed and pionted in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including 20 mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 17 here-in-before but except chequered tiles, including dismantling of old complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceed 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cess pita, man holes pier holes etc not exceed 10 Sqm on plan and not excced 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning , filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n. exc. 1.00 Km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling old posts or struts embedded in concrete block of any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturb ground, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes , notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc, ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Repairs Galvanised 2 strand ,steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standerd rails straining bolts ,including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire ,staples or steel pins ,etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of Debris /demolished material out of MOD land upto 5KM from the starting point of collection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of MS galvanised chain link fencing of size 75 x 75 mm mesh thickness made with GI steel wire of 4mm dia including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 44750.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
