Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meters (2.75 x 3.85 x .5 = 5.29 cum)+ (0.75 x 0.25 x 0.25 x 6 nos = 0.28 cum)

Brick work with clay fly ash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for making of foundation. 13 x 13 x 1 = 169 cft + 10 x 13 x 1 = 130 cft + 4 x 13 x 1 x 2 = 104 cft + (5 x 4 x 1 + 5 x 3 x 1 + 5 x 2 x 1 + 5 x 1 x 1 = 50 cft), Total = 453 cft X 0.0283 = 12.81 cum.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc as required. 1 x 4 x 14 x 2 = 3.16 cum + foundation (.75 x .25 x .2 x 6 = 0.28 cum). Total = 3.44 cum

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Structural steel MS angle size 50 x 50 x 6 mm 6 nos x 15’ = 90’, 2 nos x 14’ = 28’, 4 nos x 8’ = 32’, 6 nos x 10’ = 60’, 14 nos x 2’ = 28’ Total - 238’ x 0.3048 = 72.54 mtr x 4.72 kg/mtr = 342.38 kg

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m². Top roofing 6 mtr x 5 mtr = 30 sqm. + 4 mtr x 3 mtr = 12 sqm

Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification (2.5 x 2 x 14 = 70 cft x 0.0283 = 1.98 cum)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in sub-structure as per technical specifications. 10 x 4 - 2 x 3 =34 x 2 = 68 sqft + 4 x 14 + 8 x 14 + 10 x 2 + 40 + 9 x 4 = 336 sqft x 0.0929 = 31.21 sqm
