Cleaning of drains/channels by completely removing silt, soil, mud, sludge, vegetation growth, stones, muck, debris etc manually or mechanicaly any width and removing the collected waste at the end of each working day outside MoD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of un reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete Type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick works built in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement line plaster or bricks on storne walls etc incl racking out joints, heacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement Plaster in Cement Motar 1:4 on faces of brick/ concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of masonry wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description and in any position including cutting of reinforcement to faciliate demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Precast Cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for drains/manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel/cast iron work of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for two coat Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome priming with preparation of new or previously untreated surface of steel and iron work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

De-silting/cleaning of sewer line 150/200/300 mm dia with mechanical device like super sucker machine, high pressure jetting machine/gantry machine or any other mechanical device there after removing the sludge out site the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for manholes and sewage line etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No 17 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5m but n.exc. 3.00m

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed stone ware or RCC pipe) set in cement mortar 150 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No 19 but here-in-before bore of pipe 200mm.

All as per Item No 19 but here-in-before bore of pipe 300mm.

M&L concrete bed to drain in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in bore of pipe 150mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 75mm bore CI pipe with necessary fittings including repair to cement floor/wall etc and making proper functioning of pipe lines jointing with cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Cast iron bends/branches/tapers etc any radius, diminishing pieces or tapers 100 mm bore size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Cast iron bends/branches/tapers etc any radius, diminishing pieces or tapers 75 mm bore size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials exc 50m but nexc 250m at a level n.exc. 1.50 above the starting point and depositing where complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs factory made SFRC manhole cover 70mm thick of any size & pattern with frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
