M&L for servicing of following KOEL Make DG sets through experienced OEM auth service engineer as per OEM maintenance schedule, checking and setting all parameters of Engine, Alternator, AMF Panel, fuel lines, electrical & control wiring, tightening of nutbolts, cleaning of Radiator fins, etc by vacuum / blower pump as required at site to maintain the DG set in serviceable condition including replacement of burnt control wiring, nut bolts, washers, thimble. lugs etc if reqd at site Complete all as specified by OEM & directed by Engr in Charge. ( 10 KVA DG Set-01 Nos, 30 KVA DG set-01 Nos, 35 KVA DG set-02 Nos, 62.5 KVA DG set-05 Nos, 82.5 KVA DG set -02 Nos,125 KVA DG set-01 Nos) Total DG set= 12 Nos

M&L for servicing of following Cummins Make DG sets through experienced OEM auth service engineer as per OEM maintenance schedule, checking and setting all parameters of Engine, Alternator, AMF Panel, fuel lines, electrical & control wiring, tightening of nutbolts, cleaning of Radiator fins, etc by vacuum/blower pump as required at site to maintain the DG set in serviceable condition, including replacement of burnt control wiring, nut bolts, washers, thimble. lugs etc if reqd at site Complete all as specified by OEM & directed by Engr in Charge. 100 KVA DG Set-03 Nos

Note for Ser item no. 1.00 and 2.00:- (i) All Tools, cleaning material & Minor spares like nuts, bolts, washers, fuse, electric control wires etc reqd for servicing of DG sets shall be included in Quoted rates Nothing extra shall be paid. ii) Servicing will be carried out twice i.e. at beginning of the contract & there after six month. (iii) for measurement each DG set shall be taken as each job (iv) If any failure of any DG set in between the contract period repair shall be completed within a week by Service Engineer of OEM. If failed penalty of Rs 10,000/- shall be recovered for the delay. (v) The cost of Trible pass, lodging & boarding shall be included in quoted rate Nothing shall be paid extra.

M&L for replacement of Engine oil as per existing grade SAE 20 W 40 of KOEL DG sets ( 10 to 125 KVA) including draining out the old existing used engine oil complete all as specified by OEM & directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for replacement of Engine oil as per existing grade of Cummins DG sets (100 to 160 KVA) including draining out the old existing used engine oil complete all as specified by OEM & directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for replacement of existing unserviceable lub oil filter of following capacity DG set with 'O' gasket complete all as specified by OEM & directed by Engr in Charge. Make of DG set - KOEL -10,30,35, 62.5,82.5 & 125KVA & Cummins - 100 &160 KVA. Make: KOEL ,Fleetguard or equivalent.

M&L for replacement of existing unserviceable primary & secondary fuel filter element of following capacity DG set with 'O' ring gasket complete all as specified by OEM & directed by Engr in Charge. Make of DG set - KOEL -10,30,35, 62.5,82.5 &125KVA & Cummins - 100 &160 KVA. Make: KOEL ,Fleetguard or equivalent.

M&L for replacement of existing unserviceable Air cleaner filter element of following capacity DG set with 'O' ring gasket with same make and model complete all as specified by OEM & directed by Engr in Charge. Make of DG set - KOEL -10,30,35, 62.5,82.5 &125KVA & Cummins - 100 &160 KVA.

M&L for replacement / top up coolant premixture DFC-50 in radiator of DG sets 10 to 160 KVA DG sets complete all as specified by OEM & directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of broken acoustic enclosure door hinges with stainless steel hinges complete with nut bolts etc as per site requirement of DG Sets up to 160 KVA.

M& L for cleaning, scraping, removing out old rusty paint from Acoustic enclosure of DG set 30 KVA to 125 KVA capacity by wire brush, emery paper, cleaning agents & Spray painting two coat of super enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide paint after applying putty for making the uneven surface smooth complete as per existing colour as specified and directed at site by Engr-in Charge.

M& L for cleaning, scraping, removing out old rusty paint from Engine & Alternator outer body of DG set 30 KVA to 125 KVA capacity by wire brush, emery paper, cleaning agents & Spray painting two coat of super enamelled paint as per existing colour coding complete as specified and directed at site by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for carefully taking out the alternator of 125 KVA DG set by disconnecting from Engine, transporting to workshop for checking the resistance value of winding, varnishing, heating and refixing to its original position including making all connection and testing complete all reqd at site for smooth and effective functioning of DG set

M & L for repair and maintenance of unserviceable defective DG set stator assembly of alternator by carefully dismantling including transporting defective alternator to OEM authorized workshop at Port Blair ,strip opening of alternator ,take out burnt winding along with insulation material cleaning the stator and rotor assembly ,rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and turns including providing proper mica insulation sheet, high grade varnishing, heating, overhauling of rotor assembly ,replacement of defective end bearings complete as required at site and refixing to its original position, connecting all cables and control wiring connections, testing and setting all parameters as specified by OEM and directed by Engr in Charge Note:- (i) Minimum 6 month warranty on rewinding shall be given . (ii) 12 Hrs testing after successfully repaired shall be carried out for 12 Hrs i.e. for (2 Hrs on 25%, 2 Hrs on 50%, 2 Hrs on 75% & 4 Hrs on 100 % Load) (iii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of all nothing extra shall be paid. (iv) The contractor shall submit transport bills before claiming payment through RAR / FB
