Boiler water treatment chemical for 02 Nos. Boilers having capacity 25 TPH each Boiler for season 2026-27 on per day basis. Detail of material to be used:- i) P.H Booster ii) Scale softener/ Softening agent iii) Oxygen scavenger These chemicals must maintain following parameters during boiler operation: - a) P.H of feed water will be maintained between 8.5 to 9.0 . b) P.H of Boiler drum water will be maintained between 9.50 to 10.50. c) Boiler T.D.S will be maintained between 800-1000 PPM d) Boiler water sulphite should be 25 to 30 PPM e) Phosphate should be 15 to 30 PPM Note:- 1)The representative of party will be available in mills for 24 hrs in whole crushing season & will do weekly chemical analysis of boiler water with his company owned testing kit. 2) Dosing pump will be provided by the party. 3) Rate should be per day basis.
