Supply and fix submersible pump controller panel FASD (Fully Automatic Star Delta) of capacity 30HP having 3 x contactors (one for starting relay, one for star supply and one for delta supply) with add block having NO/NC interlocks internally prewired with copper FRLSH wires, timer (0 to 60 Sec variation), Thermal and Overload relay of range 30Amp to 50Amp, SPPR (Single Phse Preventing Relay), MCB for tripping of motor, Contactors are having capacity 32 Amp, ON/OFF push botton, Digital Multi Finction Meter, CT/PT of suitable range, connector blocks, RYB indicating lamps, phase selector swithces, all the accessories fitted inside a factory painted stainless steel enclosure iof thickness 1.6mm CRCA sheet made all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing galvanised steel water tubing medium grade 100 mm bore including all necessary fittings such as bends, L bows, short piece connections, backnuts, caps plugs, unions couplings, flanges, sockets etc, fixed to wall/floor/ceiling including necessary cutting/chauging in walls made of brick/concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised steel water tubing medium grade 80 mm bore including all necessary fittings such as bends, L bows, short piece connections, backnuts, caps plugs, unions couplings, flanges, sockets etc, fixed to wall/floor/ceiling including necessary cutting/chauging in walls made of brick/concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel Wire Rope (SWR) 5 to 8mm dia 7 x 7 strand cable roll superior load bearing capacity of 2 Ton, suitable for deep well installations, rust resistant, flexibke cord, marine and industrial use, along with wire clamp set of 4 heavy duty including SWR clips 8mm & U-bolts for rope rigging, lifting nd fittings etc all as secified and as directed

S&F chain pulley block of 2 ton capacity with 8mtr lifting height, 8mtr & 6mm dia load chain, double fall (forward and reverse) type, including wheel and groove assembly fixed inside unique designed cover painted with anti corrosive poweder coated finish, fixed and moving hooks, self sustaining maintenance free friction brake all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix Rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410W (Gde-E-250, quality A) complete all as specified and directed. Note:Desired dimension of the angle shall not be less than 50mm x 50mm x 5mm thick.

Supply and fixing DI/GI specials from 80mm to 250mm bore such as bends(any type, radius and angle)tapers any type, Tee equal/unequal with flanged and socket or in any combination in any length as per site requirement, tail piece straight,bend,increasing,decreasing or double socket etc.) tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets and spigot) collars, caps and plugs including ring washer gaskets all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cutting main pipeline before inserting DI/GI fittings for making branch connections also deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix mild steel bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm of shank 5 to 16mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling joints of flanged pipes including removing all kind of gasket joints & Cutting existing pipeline of dia 80mm to 200mm and inseritng MS / GI special including inserting new connection with and including necessary Tee, jointing & welding work etc to take branch connection including testing compete all as specified and as directed.
