M&L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road aggregate, chippings material) etc rolling and making good to receive bituminous macadam /semi dense asphaltic concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam srufaces not exceeding 50mm deep and area exceeding 400 sqmetc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm with the help of pressure sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled machenical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller/tandem Vibratory Roller etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge. Note:- The contractor quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements :- (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. Approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE berore providing SDAC. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs. 67/Kg.

S&F Road side Delineator having two high performance rectangular reflectors of 105 mm x 85mm fixed on both sides of guide post made of ABS plastic/PMMA materials and fixed on powder coated rectangular steel pipe of 600mm height and 75 mm x 25 mm size including necessary earth work in any type of soil, or demolition of PCC work in ground floor and removal of excavated material/soil/debris out side of MoD land at any distance and providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in PCC bed block of size 300x300x300mm including necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and directed Make: Cat Part DA-77 ABS of Dark eye or equivalent of Greenlite / Oscar / Siner Infrastructure/Road Star

S& F information Sign board (both Side written) of size size 4' x 3' (1200 mm x 900 mm) made of 3mm thick ACP sheet framed with 25mm dia stainless steel pipe horizonal in top and bottom adjoining with vertical post and having front side entire surface fully bonded with non reflective sheeting grade having pressure sensetive adhesive. The matter should not be printed on non reflective tape duly laminated so that printing should not fade and two Nos vertical post of 50mm dia stainless steel pipe 3Mtr long with ornamental top quoted as per sample including writting the matterial/words digitally on both side as required and as directed including excavation in post holes and embedded in PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded coarse stone aggregates) of size 300mm x 300 mm x 600mm deep and/including removal of surplus soil out side of MoD land complete, all as specified and as directed . Model : No- DA 971 of Make-Dark Eye or equivalent in Greenlite/Road star / Gogia plastics/Oscar/Siner Infrastructure etc.

S&F road side reflectors of size 144.5 mm dia of ABS body high performance fixed to road side on wall, kerb stone, crash barrier etc designed to give maximum reflection for enhancing the visibility of vehicles with high quality of ABS (Astronitrilite Butadiene Styrene) materials fixed with adhesive and nails/screw as directed by manufacturer. Make Dark Eye Cat Part No. DA-956 or equivallent of Green lite/Oscar/Siner Infrasture etc.

Material & Labour for thermo plastic retro reflective paint to be carried out mechanicaly with hot application of material (painting material @ 6.5 Kg / Sqm) and glass heads @ 350 gm/Sqm confirming to relevent IS in strips of 100/150 mm width on road surfaces complete with and including preparation of exisitng road surface all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (Make : Reliance / Asian / Shalimar).
