Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided as in floor/paving and removing the same upto 1.00Km or outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40mm graded aggr) as in sub base.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5mm graded aggr) as in level course finished even and rough with out using extra cemet.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for vitrified tiles 10 mm thick ( square/rectangular) in any shade are of each tile area not exceeding 0.36 sqm. In floors, parking, hard standing and similar work etc over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM(1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed white or coloured cement to match incl dismantling old tiles Complete all as specified and directed.

Provding and laying at or near ground lavel foctory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the requied line, line, level and corvture jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shapp not to more than 5mm) incl making drainage openign wherver required complete..Complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for preparation of new or untreated concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of block masonry masonry/PCC block masonry/stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

M/L rendering 15mm thick on concrete surface or brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement similar work . all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type CI 1:3:6 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in alternate pannels finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.50m wide and not exc 1.5m deep for foundation extc or manhole pire hole or laying of sewer pipe or demolition of old pipe etc and getting out in soft/loose soil as directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate)as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as directed.

M&L 1200 mm dia reinforced concrete pipe, class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L 450 mm dia reinforced concrete pipe, class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars

Retunning filling in including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm .

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50m and depositing where directed.

M&L Framed work ( Fe 290 gde E 165) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and uides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing incl dismantlimng of old articles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base and foundation of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L fo forming construction (dumy) joint 65mm deep and 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B'

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment incl dismantling of old unsericeable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete incl dismantling of old unsericeable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M&L for 30-40 mm thick dholpur/jodhpur pattern decorative type/texture finish stone cladding with machine cut edges in any pattern as directed, uniform color of each stone any size incl making V groove or fixed with spacer or as directed, fixing of stone cladding including hole with hold fastener (if required) over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, with polishing, rubbing on stone surface or texture finish stone surface or as directed including silicon filling in V groove , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed white or colored cement to match as directed including dismantling of glass mosaic tiles/mural/tiles of any description, Complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Pattern/designe of stone cladding work approved by Engr-in-charge/GE .

S&F in repair decorated type jodhpur sand stone chatri (Dome) hand-carved and features many intricate patterns as per directed (Pattern/designe as approved by Engr-in-charge/GE) (size 450mm x 450mm and height 600 mm) and fixed to column with hole with hold fastener including set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with approved pigment to match incl dismantling of old cemented chatri. Complete all as specified and directed.
