Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150mm by Mechanical Means: Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4

Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) (Making up loss of material/ Irregularities on shoulder average 150mm filling to design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment) Quantity, considering 100% of shoulder Area.

Water Bound Macadem: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading and uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheels steel/vobratory roller 8-10 tonne on stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming reuisit type of screening binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.Hand broken form River boulder.Using 3) Grading -III (A) By Mechanical Means

Prime Coat: (I) Law proposity (SS-I): Providing of Primer coat and applying primer coat with Bitumen emultion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 -1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.20 per sqm on the prepared bitumenous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including cost of testing of material at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (b) Dry & hungry bituminous surface.

Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes/ hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MOSRT & H specification clause No. 508. complete in all respects. A) With Hydred Lime/ Cement as Filler (Refer Table 500-9 of MoSRT & H Specification) I) With 60/70 or VG-30 Grade Bitumen for Grading -II (10mm Nominal Size)

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of encapsulted lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over alumium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 60mm equilateral triangle
