Opening straightening and refitting the plates, angles, purloins, trusses, bollare, expanded metal/ B.R.C. net, winch etc. as required as per direction of the E.I.C.

Acid treatment for removing rust corrosion etc.from the surface both inside and outside as per direction of the E.I.C.

Chipping , scraping wire brushing and cleaning of the painted surface of keel, hull,frame, superstructure deck, fender both inside and out side as per direction of the E.I.C.

Patch/ doubling work complete with 5 mm thk M.S. plate including welding, gas cutting, fitting, fixing complete. (a) Cost of 5 mm thk M.S. plate including wastage due to cutting, labour charge for straighting, fitting fixing in position.

(b) Gas cutting to required size of upto 8 mm thk M.S. plate, N.S>C. channel etc. including labour charges , higher charges of all tools and plants.

(c) Electric welding charge for 5 mm thk M.S. plate, M.S> channels etc. and other member of the barge including hire charges of all tools and plants.

M.S. structuarl work in roof trusses etc with the following rolled structural members viz. angle, flat, bars etc. weighing less then 22 kg./ m connection to one another with brackets, cleats, bolts & nuts etc. as per design and direction complete including febrication hoisting & erection. (a) Suppling, fitting & fixing of M.S. angle for post rafter purloin etc and for joining the two hulls at both ends including gas cutting etc. (i) 45 mm x 45 mm x 6 mm

(b) Suppling, fitting & fixing of M.S. flat bar including gas cutting etc. (i) 40 mm x 6 mm for straightening of B.R.C. net etc. including gas cutting.

(ii) 25 mm x 5 mm for fixing on the roof of G.C.I. sheet as tie bar.

(c) 50 mm dia M.S. tube to be cut in the semi circular shape and fixing the same at the top of keel and hull side of the barge by running welding.

Suppling, fitting and fixing of different size of bolt and nuts with washer for fixing door (10 to 16 mm dia) upto 75 mm length

Suppling, fitting fixing 10 cm oxidized hinge (100 mm x 58 mm x 1.9 mm) for fixing door including the cost of welding.

Suppling, fitting fixing iron hasp bolt of approved quality (oxidized) & socket on the doors including the cost of welding. The bolt would be 30 cm. long and dia of bolt not less than 18 mm.

Suppling, fitting fixing of I.R.C. net (75 mm x 25 mm x 10 swg) with nuts and bolts of the barge including gas cutting etc.

Galvanized corrugated iron sheet work (including the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm dia "J" or "L" hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap with 0.63 mm thk sheet in roof.

G.I. sheet ridging fitted and fixed with necessary bolts and nuts sctews, washers etc. complete with 0.60 mm sheets.

Primming one cote on steel or other metal surface with synthetic enamel /oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surface by sand paper etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc, if necessary (i) One coat (with any shade except white)

Painting with Coal Tar Epoxy Paint Two Coat of approved brand (Minimum Dry Film Thickness (DFT) 200 Micron) at all location prepared and applied as per manufacturess specification on Steel Surface.

Installation of Diesele Engine /electro motor Pump Sets of any make/brand for Maj. RLI on pump foundation over sal sleepetr including supplying , fitting fixing 2 nos 100 mm x 75mm x 600 mm long sal sleeper with nuts and bolts and grouting with 1 : 1.5:3 CC and making connection of suction Hose, foot Valve with necessary fittings at the inlet end of the water pump and fitting fixing of 90 deg MS priming bendsluice valve and delivery Hose with all necessary fittings at the delivery end of the water pump maintaining proper allignment & levelling mending cutting floor on the wall of pump have with necessary mending goods damages etc. complete as per direction of the EIC

Leak proof testing of repaired hull if floating condition on river water with proper endurance test as required for minimum perion of 48 hrs. complete as per direction of the E.I.C.

Deduction towards scrapped MS Plate, MS Sheet, MS Fitting (MS Angle, Bar & channel), MS Rod, GCI Sheet, IRC/BRC Net etc from Barge on the basis of actual measurement to be retained by the agency for disposal . This item includes weighting, handling, carriage, loading, unloading, stacking etc of scrapped materials from RLI Sites. (Inclduding of all labour charges), Convenient weighing arrangement at the RLI Sites would be made by the agency at his own cost.
