REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF JOINERY, FALSE CEILING, WALL PANELING AND CONNECTED WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT 3 BRD UNDER GE (AF) MC CHANDIGARH

Taking down chowkhat or frame n .exc. 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame exc. 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description not exceeding 1 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters exe 1 sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified.

S&F for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions frames (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws. all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows(two or three track sliding/openable) & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene asket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, auminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ tainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Powder Coated aluminium grill of approved pattern cut to required size/shape and fixed with position with aluminium bedding & frame with & including U sections, fixed to aluminium door/windows/ventilators complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair aluminium composite panel sheet of 4mm thick which consists of 3mm thick thermoplastic core of anti-toxic LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium foils with outer surfaces finished with 30 u PVDF and inner surface finished with a thin coat of polyester paint, fixed in panel to aluminium frame including all necessary frame work or powder coated snap beading and rubber basket complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix 5mm thick float glass, tinted/smoked/Eached shape fixed to frame/shutter for Aluminium door/window/partition etc including aluminium powder coated snap beading and rubber gasket, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.
