Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wall floor hearth tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying water proofing treatment in Washing Area and Water filling point etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying the following:- (a) M&L for applying first layer of cement slurry at 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer 'ARMOUR -CRETE' of structural water proofing pvt ltd by ratio 1:2 (one Armour Crete : Two cement) or 'POLYCRYL' of Green boro polychem pvt ltd by ratio 1:2 (one polycryl : Two cement) or Ready to use PIDIFIN 2k of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES or SHALICRETE-500 of capital steel and chemicals pvt ltd and silica sand by ratio 1:2:2 (Shalicrete : Cement : Silica Sand) or NAFUFILL BB2 of MC Bauchemic India Pvt Ltd (ready to use) at 0.126 kg/sqm as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:-This layer will be allowed to Air Cure for 4 hours (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as padding in sunken portion in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directedand floor complete all as specified

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles laid over and including cement screed 15 mm thick in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 600mm x 300mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and incl 10 mm thick backing with CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete/stone masonry walls etc incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:3 for ceiling finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered ceilings surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
