Item No. 29 : Supply and fixing 1 Module Type TV socket outlet including concealed PVC rigid pipe conduit of 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand cat part No. 673446 or equivalent model of Crabtree/ Havells as approved by GE.

Item No. 30 : Supply and fixing 1 Module Type RJ-11 telephone socket outlet including concealed PVC rigid pipe conduit of 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand cat part No. 673441 or equivalent model of Crabtree/ Havells as approved by GE.

Item No. 31 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning smart AC three phase meter, four wire, tamper proof, static meter of class 1.0, 415 V, 50 HZ, 10A-60A conforming to IS-16444 and relevant IEC standards with in-built 865-867 MHz radio frequency communication facility with self healing mesh network with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper features, Microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuit. The meter shall support the following data :- (i) 30 min instataneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, 30 load survey data for energy, monthly billing survey for cumulative energy and Max demand (ii) The meter shall have connect/disconnect functionality, which is to be operated from prepaid billing software (iii) The meter shall support open communication protocol DLMS with the software ( Make of pre-paid meter - Secure, L & T and Schneider) ( Notes : (i) It is the responsibility of contractor to take down existing meter and deposit the same meter in the storeyard of GE(West) Jabalpur (ii) The meter should run both in prepaid and postpaid mode (iii) Warranty period for the meter is 5 years (minimum) (iv) The cost of wiring of LCD from the meter to main entrance room and programming of prepaid meter with existing prepaid software is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.)

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Item No. 32 : Drilling (Horizontally) to existing road (maximum 10M wide) suitable for passing GI tubing of dia upto 80mm/ 100mm as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All necessary T&P required at site for drilling shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all these provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Item No. 33 : Supply,laying & fixing Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipes made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Pressure rating(SN8), outer dia 200 mm and inner dia 175 mm, with all accessories i.e. all type of joints,Sockets,Elbows,bends and End caps etc., laid in trenches and jointed in CM(1:1) with spurn yarn and tested complete all as specified and as directed , complete all as specified and directed. ( Make :- Telerex/Tirupati or Eqivalent Make as approved by GE)

RAIN WATER HARVESTING Item No. 34: Boring/drilling 250mm dia bore by DTH method in all strata including hard sand stone and boulder formations and disposal of surplus spoil upto a distance of 50 metre and transportation, installation, removal of tools and plants after completion of boring etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Item No. 35 : Lowering and fixing in vertical position 200mm dia mild steel ERW pipe having wall thickness not less than 4.85mm complete with and including sockets and threaded ends as required and painting outside with two coats of anti-corrosive paint as approved by GE complete all as specified & as directed.

Item No. 36 : Lowering and fixing in vertical position 200mm dia mild steel ERW pipe having wall thickness not less than 4.85mm complete with and including sockets and threaded ends and slots 1.5mm to 3 mm, as required and painting outside with two coats of anti-corrosive paint as approved by GE complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of building ( B/R and E/M) : Item No. 37 :Taking down carefully main switch and distribution boards, any Make and size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 38 : Taking down carefully ceiling fan /exhaust fan , any sweep and size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 39 : Taking out carefully cable , any type and size, complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately.)
