Taking down carefully copper / Aluminium point wiring including (light, fan, socket or power complete fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, Batten holders, shades conical fan regulators, light or power sockets etc) removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls roofs etc all as directed.

Taking down carefully UNSV main switch and DB's including MCBs of of any size make, type and capacity and depositing at site as directed.

Concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit,medium grade minimum 19mm dia ISI marked and conduit accessories fixed concealed in wall/ceiling/roof etc with sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm MS sheet, 3mm thick laminated sheath top cover for mounting of fittings,switches,sockets outlets,regulators etc complete including provisining of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for the following :- Note : For Modular fittings ,frame,cover and flush boxes measured and paid relavant item of Sch A Part I

M&L in repar earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level,the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all side and including connected toand including galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of nuts and bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and connected to earhing test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part I and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC(1:3:6)type C1 chamber,pre-cast RCC slab 50mm thic in cement concrete (1:2:4),type B1,reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM,(weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame,funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade,wire mesh and lugs,GI protection pipe,15mm dia,light grade,7.5 mtr long for protection of earth lead upto test point etc all as specified and as directed.

Collecting Fans from Storeyard of AGE E/M, ceiling /exhaust/wall mounted fans of any size and any make/model,moving to reputed workshop as directed by GE/Engineer-in-charge , dismantaling the same , cutting and removing the old defective/burnt out winding, cleaning the core of the fan motor, re-winding the fan motor by using machine with supper enemelled copper winding wire and using insulating materials, varnishing the assembly and re-assembling the fan including testing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE of winding wire : Devi Dayal/Chetak/HTP Thulax. NOTE: All defective / unserviceable parts/items other than winding wire,varnish ,insulating material, bearings, capacitors, and flexible wires shall be measured separately and paid for under respective item of this schedule.

Fixing ceiling fan of any sweep to same site after repair/servicing including flexible cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Fixing exfaust fan of any size to same site after repair/servicing including flexible cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Servicing, overhauling ,oiling, greasing,checking nut-bolts etc. at store yard complete and re-assembling the fans including testing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge

M &L for painting with two coats of white synthetic enamel paint and marked MES no by black permanent marker all as directed by Engr in Charge.

S & F in repair Ball bearing of ceilling fans of any sweep/size/make/model fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge.

S & F in repair Ball bearing of Exhaust fansof any sweep/size/make/model fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge.

S & F in repair Upper and lower canopy complete with adjusting screws as required, fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge.

S & F in repair Down rod 20 mm dia, GI tubing medium grade 45 cm to 60 cm long as require fixed in replacement at site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Louvers made of GI Sheet, suitable for 450 mm sweep exhaust fans fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking proper shut down from power house in presence of rep of AGE E/M sub divn before disconnecting the cable and reconnecting the cable before clearing shut down carrying out following works as directed by engr in charge Note U/S Item like MCB,MCCB will be measured and paid separately (a) Cleaning of DB by air blower (b) Cleaning of terminal of MCCB by CRC 26 sprays (c) Cleaning of bus bar by CRC 26 sprays (d) Fixing naked wire through flexible pipe (e) Fixing PVC cable lugs of different size to MCB (f) Fixing nut bolts if required and make good disturbed surface by plastering and welding hinges of DB door/ Box of DB

M & L for checking insulation resistance of electrical wiring by insulation resistance tester (Megger of DC 500 V) in presence of JE E/M / AGE E/M by taking proper shut down from power housall as specified and directed by engr in charge.Note :cost of Tester & other T&P provided by contractor are deemed to be included in quoted cost (a) Before carrying out test it will be contractor responsibility to ensure that all users appliance must be disconnected from electrical circuit. If any damage made to user's appliance will be repaired without any extra cost. (b) Insualtion reisistance test should be carried out as per IS specification. If insulation resistance of wiring found less than 1 MΩ, rewiring will be measured and paid separately. (c) During testing if any damage to wiring and connected items done by contractor will be make good by contractor with any cost. (d) A register to be maintained by contractor should be submitted to AGE E/M for sign

S & F rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade 20 mm external dia ISI marked with accessories such as tees, bends,junctin boxes bell mouth tube ends including fixing accessories, locks as couplers lock nuts pipe hooks ets concealed in wallsceiling etccomplete all as specified and directed.
