SH I: Supply of airfield cable/ LT cable, PAPI units, Isolating transformer, plug & receptacle etc., Supply of following size airfield cable 5KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed standard copper conductor single core Airportlighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part-II) with up to date amendment as reqd. Confirming to particular specification etc. as reqd. a) 6 Sq. mm

Supply of adjustable PAPI units (One set of 4 PAPI units) light fixtures complete suitable for 6.6 Amp/6.6 Amp, 50Hzs, 5KV series Airport Lighting isolating transformer, 200 W 6.6 Amp Bi-pin Halogen Lamp, Lens, reflector, central column breakable coupling and Ground calibration kit i/c checking stick,clinometer other accessories complete in all respect to fulfill the ICAO requirements as required.

Supply and fixing of 200W, 6.6/6.6Amps, 5KV individual lamp series to series type isolating transformer encapsulated in polyester resin finally molded in neoprene rubber as specified in the particular specifications complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 5KV grade plug & receptacle of type-1 class B connector & suitable field attachment suitable for following size 5KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core standard copper conductor cable confirming to IS : 1554 (Part-II) etc. as required. a) 6 Sq. mm

Supply of transformer housing box water tight round type metal container of outside dia 330 mm and 450 mm height made of 10 mm thick all round execpt in top surface which is 15 mm thick C. I. moulding and suitable to receive a light base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer, power cable and having clear hole at one side center 3" above bottom surface suitable to receive 2" G. I. pipe and check nut having an earth bolt of 10 mm X 30 mm welded inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole suitably taped to receive 1/2" G. I. pipe and having a clear opening of 220 mm dia at the top and 6 nos, M-10 taped holes at hole center of 260 mm to recieve fittings base plate and bolts as required as per specification.

Supply and fixing of 6 mm thick duly painted MS cover plate suitable bend with gasket & 6 nos. M10 SS bolt on existing CI box etc. complete as reqired.

SH II: Laying of cable, G.I.wire & Earthing etc.: Supply of XLPE/PVC insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part I) 1978 with upto date amendments etc as required for the following sizes.(Make : As per approved list.) a) 3C x 25 Sq. mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of grade exceeding 1.1KV but not exceeding 11KV of size not exceeding 120sq.mm. direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench as reqd.

Laying of one no additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of grade exceeding 1.1KV but not exceeding 11KV of size not exceeding 120sq.mm. direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation I/C excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering & refilling the trench.

Laying of one no PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of grade exceeding 1.1KV but not exceeding 11KV of size not exceeding 120 sq.mm. in the existing RCC/ Hume/ stone ware/ GI pipe/HDPE pipe etc as reqd.

Laying of one no PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of grade exceeding 1.1KV but not exceeding 11KV of size not exceeding 120 sq.mm. in the existing masanory open duct etc. as reqd.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade, of size not exceeding 35 sq.mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sq.mm in the existing RCC / HUME / STONEWARE / METAL pipe/HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade, of size not exceeding 35 sq.mm in the existing masonary open duct as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 grade as required. a) 3C x 25 Sq mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14390, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (1.2 mtr below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required. a) 63 mm dia (OD - 63mm & ID - 51 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14390, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required. a) 63 mm dia (OD - 63mm & ID - 51 mm nominal)

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required a) 50 mm dia

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG in 15mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) from earth electrode as reqd.

Supply and laying 6 SWG G.I wire to run along with Airfield cable and terminated with CI box as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Horizintal Directional Drilling including supply & laying of GI Pipe of 100mm Dia through boring by "No Dig" method using trench-less technology and other associated works along road and under operational area in all type of soil (including soft rock & hard rock) at suitable depth including all civil works and supply of all tested lifting tools and tackling of other required equipments and consumables, labour etc. and making all such necessary arrangements are under agency scope.

SH (III): SITC of PAPI work Dismentalling of existing PAPI units i/c handing over of the same to AAI Store etc. complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 1000 X 1000 X 100mm thick and all around concrete of 1:2:4 150mm thick & top sloped as specified including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia 'B'class G I pipe with check - nuts at the bottom surface for driange of water including excavation of side shoulder, allignment (wherever the transformer are in a line the same has to be aligned in suck a way the centres fall in a straight line) and refilling and as per specifications.

Installation of PAPI unit including C.C. foundation (1:2:4) levelling aligning and testing etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for platform (30x15x0.10) for PAPI units including form work etc as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) for platform (30x15x0.06) for PAPI units including form work etc as required.

SH (IV): SITC of wind Cone Supply, installation, testing and commsisioning of frangible & illuminated wind direction indicator confirming to ICAO Annexure-14, volume 1 and suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz single phase AC supply and consist of following complete as required. a) 4.5 Mtr height FRP frangible pole/mast. The frangibility shall confirm to ICAO Annexure-14 & Aerodrome deign manual part-6/FAA. The colour of pole/mast shall be preferably aviation yellow or red/white. b) Wind stick assembly complete with slip rings, drum, bracket for drum bearing carbon brush with holder etc. c) Four nos, 20W nominal capacity LED lamps alongwith lamps mounting arrangement for outdoor conditions. d) One no. LED Aviation obstruction light having aluminum cast body and red poly carbonate dome. e) Internal wiring provision for remote control operation. f) Providing and laying suitable cement concrete foundation for installation of WDI as per OEM recommendations. g) Any other component required for operation of WDI
