Supply of Material

Supply of following (1) 9 mtr. long CONICAL pole above the Ground level made out of MS hot dip GI Etched, Primered and PU painted factory Finished with top diameter 75mm and bottom diameter 165 mm . The column must have a hinged flush door at the bottom with proper strengthening to the cutout of the door opening with locking arrangement with key. A junction/ looping box with 32 Amps heavy duty connector shall be built in to the pole and with 1 Nos. 6A,C Series SP MCB and 3core x1.5 sq.mm. copper wire from junction box to light fixture. It is provided with a base plate and one set (4 Nos.) of GI J-bolts, two banner rods and DOUBLE arm bracket (2) LED fitting having following specification : 86 - 110 Watts having lumen output minimum 9000 lm at height of 9 meter luminaire - 2 Nos.,4000 K CCT, inbuilt Programmable driver , IP 66 protection, CRI > 70 , minimum effeciency of individual LEDs > 85 lm/w, burning hours of L85 riP, min 60000 hours supported by LM80 report, voltage input 230 V, operative temperature -30°C to +55°C , Housing Cover made of Pressure Die Cast Aluminium with Powdercoated Paint, toughned glass with impact Resistance of min IK08 , Surge protection of min 10KV Makes and Catalouge No. of poles and LED fittings are specified in the (technical specification )-Volume 2 (double run)

Supply of following (1) 9 mtr. long Decorative arthitectural step pole above the Ground level made out of MS pipe of min 165mm dia - 2.0 Mtrs, 114 mm dia - 6.0 mtrs, 89 mm dia - 1.0 mtrs, hot dip GI Etched, Primered and PU painted factory Finished having design cast iron ring at junction at 2.0 mtrs. . The column must have a hinged flush door at the bottom with proper strengthening to the cutout of the door opening with a locking arrangement with key. A junction/ looping box with 32 Amps heavy duty connector shall be built in to the pole and with 02 Nos. 6A,C Series SP MCB. Supply of 2 x 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper flexible wire from junction box upto the fixtures.

Supply of PVC insulated PVC sheathed with aluminium conductor of 1.1 KV grade 4 core armoured cable direct in ground as required and directed by engineer in-charge CABLE OF SIZE 25 sq.mm including keeping loops near poles & taking cable upto the junction boxes for new and existing poles.

Supply of straight through joint 3 1/2 core from 185 to 300sq.mm

Supply of Aluminium lugs 25 sq mm

Supply of Earthing as per IS 3043/1966. including supply, erection, testing & comm. of HDGI pipe 8 ft long 40 mm dia class B, fabricated & perforated confirming to I.E. rules of 1956 including alternate layers 30cm thick of charcoal, salt & earth (charcoal & salt --20Kgs each per pit) inclusive of earthwork excavation of size 0.50x0.50x2.5m, backfilling & spreading of excavated earth evenly toget required earth resistance as per enclosed specification

Supply of HDGI strip 25*5 mm with proper welding wherever require and painting with red oxide paint at the portion of welding, drilling cutting etc
