M&L for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles (450 x 300)x 6 to 7mm thick (digital type) on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match complete including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed for shade, pattern and laying of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall in cement mortar (1:6) finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. S&F isolation valves 28 mm are to be ball valves with stainless steel ball and PTFE or Teflon seals. They shall be suitable for working pressure of 10.2 Kgs/Sqcm gauge. Valve shall be fitted into the pipe line by means of capiliary hard soldered joint containing silver, it should be opend/closed with help of handle with rotation of 90 degree complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glaged ceremic coloured tile 7 mm thick in vertical surfaces such as exterior elevation tile matching with heritage finish , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
