Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface like Roof, bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Rafts, Below grade slab, Lift pits, water retaining structures with fully bonded 1.5 mm thick HDPE waterproofing pressure sensitive adhesive membrane over PCC before laying raft concrete having higher puncture resistance of 1000N as per ASTM E 154, confirming to BS 8102 & IS 16471:2017, requirements of UG waterproofing structures. Laying adjacent sheets by keeping overlap of 75mm, end overlaps to be treated using double sided tape. The membrane shall have Tensile strength >25 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 500% as per ASTM D 412, Hydrostatic head resistance >70m head of water as per ASTM D 5385, Low Temperature Flexibility: -25 deg C, Peel Adhesion to Concrete >880 N/m as per ASTM D 903 Modified, UV Exposure > 45 Days. Expansion Joint filling with Polysulphide sealant upto 50mm width - Horizontal Providing and laying with two-part elastomeric fuel resistance, UV resistant, Non-toxic once cured, resistant to flame, pouring grade liquid polysulphide sealant to fill the expansion joint, Control joints in parking area, construction joint in airport runway, Tanks, bridges & concrete roads. The sealant shall have Elongation min. 450% confirms to ASTM D 412, movement accommodation for butt joint 25% & for lap joints 50%. The sealant should meets the requirement of BS 5212, BS 4254 & ISO:11600. Ensure that apply a coat of polysulphide sealant primer @0.5L/m2 to get better adhesion on prepared surface before placing the sealant. The finished cost including surface preparation, filling foam backer rod, applying masking tape on both sides of the joint & polysulphide sealant filling on gap completely as per specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand),12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Weathering Course with Brick jelly lime concrete made in Broken Brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no M-Sand to be added) laid over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 and well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Painting two coats with approved Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.
Supplying and applying of Two coats of Putty of 3mm Thick, the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing . The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered( waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smoothand even surface. any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat putty mixed with water on theentire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coats of putty after 6 hours of 1 st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and Finishing thesurface smoothly , etc., complete complying with standard specifications and directed by the departmental officers. (The rates are inclusive cost of sand paper (water proof abrasive sheet) cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering , two coats of putty,scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete). The putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use
Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.
Supplying, preparing, and applying texture paint of approved make and shade on interior/exterior surfaces, including surface preparation by cleaning, leveling, and applying a primer coat. The texture finish shall be achieved using rollers, trowels, or spray techniques as per the approved pattern. The work includes applying one or more coats of high-quality acrylic-based texture paint to ensure a uniform and durable finish. Ensuring proper alignment, rigidity, and seamless joints. Joints shall be taped, filled, and finished with putty for a smooth surface, ready for painting. Necessary cut opening provision for lighting, AC Grill fixing etc., The rate shall include all labor, materials, tools, and incidental charges necessary for a complete installation as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing of 8mm thick Calcium Silicate Board Designed and Perforated for False Ceiling above toilet area with necessary cut opening for lighting fittings, Exhuast Grills etc., and including cost of materials and all other charges etc., all complete as instructed by the Department Engineer.
Acoustic False Ceiling: Supply and Installation of subtex Nubby,square edge, Glassfibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595x595x15mm having volume density 120Kgs/m3, weight 1.8/ 2.4/ 3kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick Skelet TrelisT15 metal grid system. Skelet TrelisT15 metal grid system of 600x600mm module includes Skelet WA15W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15/19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the Skelet MT15W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally The Skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600x600mm module. The Subtex Nubby square edge of size 595x595x15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600x600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC. So as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, Scaffolding, Transportation, Conveyance Etc. complying to standard specication.
Lower Reach wall Panelling : Supplying and installation of Anutone / Topakustiks / Idea Tec / Wood Fit / Equivalent Brand of Acoustic Wooden Wall Panelling with fire retardant grade pine wood fibre slats of size 2430 x 128 x 16mm with lineal perforation of 2mm back lined with soundtex black acoustical fleece 0.27mm thick, 63 g / m2, tongue-groove edge for a seamless look, 5 test fire retardant grade with noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.75 NRC to absorb low and mid range frequencies from 125Hz to 4000Hz. GI strut CC50 frame work not more than 60 cm centre to centre using GI channels are fixed on the wall, over which an acoustic filling polywool material sound synth of 500 gsm density of 50mm thick has fixed and finally the panels are fixed and finished, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the departmental offices. The cost includes cost of material, cost of Labours, scaffolding, transportation, conveyance, etc., complete complying to standard specication.
Upper Reach wall Panelling: Supplying and installation of Anutone / Woodfit / Saint Gobian / Equivalent Brand of Acoustic Fabric Wall Panelling of stretch fabric NRC wall fabric system by using FR Grade NRC fabric of size 1400mm width shall be stretched by using CC 25 with infill of synth pf polywool 10 X 25 mm thick, rigid vinyl stretch tracks half wrap / full wrap 15mm (FS15) and midseam 15mm (FS15), strand board, synth PF infill with requisite accessories & tools. CC 50mm is first installed on the wall along with the marking lines with metal fasteners inserted at 300mm centers. FS15 tracks to be installed on wooden base, after applying stick S7 adhesive on both surfaces for a true and continuous secure grip, and heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centers on one / both sides of stretch tracks. Strand square edge magnesite bonded pinewood fiber panels of size 600 x 2400 x 20mm having density 400 kg / m3, weight 4 kg which is fixed to wall with suitable fasteners. Sound synth PF polywool 10 x 25mm thick adhered on strand panel by using Stick 7 adhesive. Fabric of width 1400mm is then aligned to the stretch tracks by following the fabric thread line or pattern. The fabric is stretched and tucked into the stretch tracks and secure into the locking jaws so that it will be smooth, free of wrinkles with the tucking tools. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.85 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with Joints staggered to avoid through cracks, M.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corners (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5mm) finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge all complete.
