Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, Chipping etc on the site of the work when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller all as specified.

All as per item No 03 here in before but except materials complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Material obtained from item No 02.00 here in before shall be used.

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairs to potholes, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform smooth surfaces, depth of patholes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed semi asphaltic dense concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerised hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, Dashes, Arrows etc by applying 2.5mm thick THERMOPLASTIC road marking compoung of White / Yellow of approved make and shade for road marking on bituminous roads / pavements or on cement concrete surfaces using Hot processor plant complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix road studs of size 110 x 128 x 29.5mm weight 248 gms ABS engineering plastic dynamically designed having high impac strength and fitted 02 Nos highly reflective reflector on both sides including taking down damage cate eye complete all as specified and directed.MAKE : 3M/AVERY DENNISONA/VARGO/DARK EYE.

Supply and fix in repairs traffic convex mirror of 100 cm dia having 130 degree of viewing angle made of polycarbonate material, brim and back holding plate is made of metal/FRB alongwith pole mounted brackets and pole 60 mm dia ( minimum height 1.50 m ) made of galvanised steel (Medium Grade) duly two coats painted over primer and fimrly fixed to the ground by mean of PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation/filling (Size 50cmx50cmx60cm) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and Fixing in repair of Delineator rectangular body fitted with two Nos of highly reflective reflactors of size 105mm x 85mm made of PMMA materials, mounted on rectangular steel pipe of size 60mm x 75mm x 25mm including embedding at ground as directed or as manufacturer's instructions. Make: Sinor Infrastructure, Model No DA-77 ABS or equivalent in 3M/Annis/Avery/ Dennison/Tata-BP
